The most important thing about this scooter is the seat: It is secure, comfortable and doubles the value of the scooter by doubling the comfort/enjoyment (and thus the amount of time I will use) of the scooter. I have a cheaper scooter for $700. with tires without air, minimal suspension, 80% less power and it's battery scrapes when I go down stairs so I have to carry it - basically no fun to drive. For twice the money I have 3 times the range, 3 times the speed, 5 times the comfort, twice the security (this comes with a key) and twice the build quality plus indicator lights and the ability to carry twice the weight up hill. My overall sense is 3-5 times the value of a $700. scooter for only double the price. I am pleasantly surprised that it is this robust. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So far so awesome. It goes from 0 to 50 real fast. I love it. I keep it on 25 mph, I only turn on the turbo or fast mode on long stretches of highways or roads. WORST customer service experience I've had with an Amazon vendor. I received the scooter in fine condition. However, good luck trying to figure out how to put it together. Instructions are HORRIBLE. I called around to a few scooter and bike shops and NOBODY would touch it because it wasn't their product. I eventually put it together myself and getting it to fold down was a nightmare, it simply wouldn't go down without having risking getting my fingers caught on some chessy lever you're supposed to push however doesn't budge easily at all. The handlebars are pretty low, so if you're over 6' tall, this scooter will feel very unsafe to ride with them small tires. Finally, i requested a return. They did good approving the return, however, they WILL NOT pay for the packaging or shipping and i ended up paying $375 just to return it. They refunded Affirm the $1462 that was financed but they absolutely refused to pay for any of the shipping costs after i repeatedly asked them if they would refund the shipping and packaging if i returned it. All they would reply with was "return the scooter, be assured you will be refunded". They refunded the price of the scooter and screwed their customer with shipping and packaging. Bad business. Buy at your own risk. But take it from me, this scooter is NOT worth no $1400. ... show more

im 225 lbs, 6'3.. and this thing takes me where i want to go, and fast. i don't have many miles on it at this point, so this review maybe premature.. but so far, so good! i even hooked up my burley bike carrier, and have used it for hauling things around, including 4 of my boys! (yes, all 4 at once) and was cruising at 30mph with them in toe! they LOVE it! and i love hearing them giggle! this thing is fast, and has some nice torque. you will peal out on gravel every time you take off. if this thing holds up, wow, is all i can say. can't believe they can pack so much in something so small and quiet. what i wouldn't have given to have this as a kid (im 42, but feel like a kid when i ride!). collapses nice, bring it too and from my work place in my truck on my days off. not a fan of the throttle, would rather have a thumb push, than a finger pull style throttle. the rear shock bottoms out on my terrible bumpy city street. (fine on the soft bumpy lawn though!) the seat is awesome! horn loud, breaks nice and responsive. very happy with my purchase! if you are on the fence, buy this! (i was not paid, or influence in any way, shape or form, to write this review) ... show more

I would strongly recommend this scooter! Very sturdy, long battery life, smooth ride, and extremely fast!!!!! If you’re going 50mph, I would suggest squatting/bending your legs because the scooter will shake back and forth if standing straight up when the wind hits your chest. Squatting/bending your legs will make it more arrow dynamic, which will prevent the shaking back and forth. The only downside I have is the throttle setup. After sometime of pulling the throttle, your hand gets sore. It would be better with a thumb throttle. ... show more

range is amazing. i went 8 miles to another city and still had about 50percent battery and that was at full speed. but the advertised speed is wrong. it’s says it goes 50 mph but i only can get it up to 44 mph 45 mph if im lucky going downhill and i only weigh 140lbs
