Got this for my 14 year old son. I tried it out & the seat is very comfortable. It goes pretty fast, its super quiet and smooth. Battery lasts quite a while.It was very easy to put together. Assembly is minimal. It isn’t too heavy, and can be transported or moved around very easily & quickly. Now, my only issue is that the headlamp doesn’t work, and the handle bars go off center. The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly, lights are bright and tail light includes brake light function. Seat is very comfortable and the overall build quality looks good. The included metal rear and middle baskets are good sized and my dog fits the middle basket very well. I absolutely love my electric scooter. Great price for such a wonderfully made product. I take it everywhere. The baskets hold my groceries , bags etc. 3 levels of speed that get me to about 20 mphs the seat in comfortably and I drive it daily. Saves money on having to use gas and I have a blast on it. I ordered this product for one of my clients who struggles with mobility and has anxiety using public transportation. He absolutely LOVES this scooter and it has changed his life. I never write reviews but I recently don’t have a vehicle and needed something to get me at least to the store, etc. It’s pretty easy to put together and it’s so comfortable! This thing can pick up and go! Lol! Still trying to figure out the ‘mode’ part of it, I think it’s just for trip miles? Either way this thing is top notch so far! And it’s smooth riding!     • Don't let the battery run down too low.

Rode this scooter for about 1 mile. While folding the handle and putting in back of my truck I accidentally turned the power on. By the time I got home the battery was completely dead and it can't be recharged. Scooter needs a key switch not a push button and it needs protection to prevent accidental complete discharge. The battery can't be removed so the only way to get this repaired is to return the scooter. I think that by the time I pay for shipping and the battery replacement it's probably cheaper to buy a new scooter. If I do it will be from a different company. Anybody want a slightly used scooter for parts? ... show more

We already have a standard Segway scooter. It was good but I wanted to take my dog along on the ride and he will never get on it without any rail guards around him. After making a lot of research, we thought this had great pricing and this also fit our needs, so we moved forward with the purchase. The shipping was super fast. We put it together super fast and took a spin right away. It felt a lot more comfortable than a standard scooter because you can sit down. The seat is also nice and big, unlike the bike seats, so you can go on long rides without any problems. It took my dog a few tries to get comfortable in the basket but once he is in, he really loves the ride! I take him everywhere now - to the lake, to the park, to my parents house or to drop-off returns. Overall, this is a very sturdy and very well-built scooter.
