I had owned this scooter for a little while now. Overall I have had a good experience. This electric scooter offers a convenient and eco-friendly mode of transportation, with a unique feature that allows you to bring your small dog along for the ride. However, there were a couple of areas where I felt it could be improved. Let's start with the positives. The scooter is undeniably fun, especially fun on fresh cut grass and having the option to bring your furry friend along in the basket at the back adds an extra level of enjoyment. For my personal experience my dog loved the crate we put in place instead of the basket mind you he is a large parsons jack Russel terrier. It's a delightful experience to see your dog's ears flapping in the wind as you zip around the neighborhood. The basket is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a small dog but I put a larger basket to better fit my larger dog this and provides a sense of security with its high walls. In terms of convenience, this scooter ticks many boxes. The electric motor ensures a smooth and quiet ride, and the battery-powered operation eliminates the need for constant refueling. The adjustable seat is comfortable, allowing for longer journeys without fatigue. The scooter's overall build quality is sturdy, and it handles well on smooth surfaces, making it suitable for leisurely rides in the park or on bike paths. However, I did notice a drawback that could be improved—the battery life. While the scooter's battery is decent, it falls a bit short compared to some other models on the market. Having a removable battery this particular model has a battery life of about two years, this could make this product more versatile. This is just one of the few drawbacks from this amazing scooter. For longer commutes or extended rides, it would be beneficial to have a longer-lasting battery to avoid the inconvenience of frequent recharging. The tires are big enough to go off pavement. Not hard to handle at about 70lbs. i ordered this to get around while nursing a broken foot - it is a LOT of fun! I live in a hilly neighborhood, and this did well, though the battery began showing low after about 45 minutes. Still pretty good for the hills. It may only go 20mph, but that seems pretty fast with the wind in your face. Assembly was easy, though you really have to crank down hard on the seat clamp bolt to prevent the seat from dropping, as it did on me as I left the driveway. A quick-clamp would be handy here, but once it's set you're in good shape. The charging port could be more accessible, as it's pretty well hidden under the foot board, and everything is black down there so it's hard to see. The charger cord could also be more robust - but the scooter itself is very well built. Might buy another for my wife, as this doesn't easily travel at walking speed. Add a drink holder, headlight/taillight, and bell (none of those are included), and you're all set! ... show more

I really like this scooter , however it does have a few issues, the primary one I am most concerned about is that the battery pack is under the deck and it is quit low, even with the tires fully inflated. I am well under the weight limit at 5'3'' and 120lbs but when riding it in the city on sidewalks or bike paths if there is any kind of pot hole or uneven pavement it will scrape the bottom. My second issue is there is no safety features included on it like lights or even reflectors. The scooter does please me however with it's speed, it's very easy to operate as well with a simple twist throttle to accelerate and a hand brake. It is pretty quite when operating it. However the scooter is very bad at letting you know how charged it really is as well as having long charge times. Also like any electric scooter out there, it handles hills poorly so I would suggest planning your route out accordingly before riding. ... show more
