This is my first e-scooter that I've ever purchased and I wanted it because of the miles per hour and the range. It's supposed to take you at least anywhere from 20 to 28 miles range and the cap off in the speed is 20 mph. Battery life seems to be pretty good for the most part the only thing that I wish was that no matter how much battery life was present on the battery that you were able to travel at 20 miles per hour. If you have a full charge which is indicated by five bars you can travel at 20 mph with no problem even with four bars you can do the same. But once you hit three bars the scooter itself will no longer push itself to go to 20 mph and will only cap off at 15 which is still pretty much fine for the most part as I use this as my way to and from work on the regular and of course if you're bringing the charger with you then this pretty much isn't an issue. The design and everything is great and I absolutely love everything about it there wasn't any assembly that needed to be really done except for attaching the handlebars and that's super simple literally takes you about maybe 10 seconds to 30 seconds depending on the person I guess. It has these really cool lights underneath the deck that glow blue and you can turn on and off the the lights for the lamp that's equipped on the stem but I find that the light itself isn't really all that bright so I'm using my own that I've had for my mountain bike which is far brighter than the one that is already on the scooter itself. As far as riding it is concerned, everything works great and and performs just as much as expected it's pretty durable it's taking a couple bumps that are actually really hard that sometimes I forget are there and I even took one pothole and despite the fact of this being dual suspension you can still feel some of these bumps pretty hard but a tiny little bump on the road you won't even feel a thing for the most part other than that though honestly despite like it's tiny flaws it really does deserve five stars because this is definitely worth it and honestly I love the scooter. The quality is great it's pretty durable and it's actually somewhat comfortable for the most part but I have flat feet so that's probably a shoe issue and not so much as that deck. Also it weighs a good amount probably like 30 to 40 lbs so if you have to be like me carrying it up and down 2 flights of stairs it might be a little tiring but hey get those gains too while you're at it lol. Do I recommend?? Most definitely.

The GoTrax G4 Scooter is an impressive and fun way to get around! Some minimal assembly is required, but only involves putting screws in the handlebar area to secure the handlebars. After that, you want to make sure it is charged by using the wall plug charging device for a few hours until it is ready, which is when the green indicator light is showing. It has excellent security features that make it impossible to ride if you don't have the correct PIN, and hard to steal with the built-in cable lock. Acceleration is fantastic, and it gets up to its top speed very quickly. The ride is very smooth, and turning is a breeze! I like the safety features it has, such as a front headlight and a red rear end braking light, which makes it safe to ride at night. The LED display shows the battery life, so you will know when it needs charging, and also shows the mileage travelled as well as how fast you are going. When not in use, the handlebars can fold and clip onto the top of the rear end of the scooter, making it easier to carry, if necessary, and easy to store. The GoTrax G4 Scooter is an excellent way to travel and is also environmentally friendly since it doesn't burn through fuel!

The customer service i received was amazing. My bell on the scooter stopped working because the scooter fell over months ago and I couldn't fix it, but after I contacted gotrax, a customer service representative named Lydia answered all of my questions and she was a huge help by sending me a new console to fix the issue. She even helped me return the damaged console through shipping at no cost. Everything works fine and the scooter is awesome. It's super convenient for traveling for errands locally. I definitely recommend the gotrax eclipse scooter, not only for the quality of the product, but also because of the amazing customer service I've received from their representative. Died Right After Warranty — Twice. Never Buying Gotrax Again I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. This is my SECOND Gotrax scooter, and unbelievably, I ran into the exact same issue both times. The scooter worked fine… until it didn’t. This latest one died literally one week after the 1-year warranty expired. You can’t make that up. With my first scooter, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I replaced the battery out of pocket, thinking maybe it was a fluke. That replacement didn’t even last a year. Now, with this second scooter, they’re telling me I need to pay $170 for another battery. At this point, it’s not bad luck — it’s a pattern. Let’s be clear: If your product consistently fails just outside the warranty window, that’s not a coincidence — that’s a design problem. Customer service was no help either. Responses came at odd hours, were clearly scripted, and showed zero effort to actually resolve the issue. It feels like you’re dealing with a company that has no real accountability to its customers. I’m done. I’ll be switching to iScooter and strongly recommend others do the same. Bottom line: Cheap upfront cost, expensive long-term mistake. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else
