The guitar is a very good choice for a beginner guitar player.. it was easy for my husband (experienced player) as well as son (beginner) to tune. It comes with some really good accessories minus the bag. That began to rip within 2 days and my son has been very careful.. he’s wanted a guitar for awhile so he’s been babying it. He was really upset it started to rip so I would say to plan on upgrading the bag and adding a small amp because you need that too. This is not my first guitar from GEAR IT, I absolutely love this brand of guitars. There is an incredible amount of value and features is this guitar that make this a great deal. The finish is beautiful, I don't find any blemishes, I have the metallic grey and it is stunning. The black pickguard gives this guitar a really smoking look. The humbucker pickup in the bridge has a push pull coil tap design. A roasted maple neck with polished ball end frets. Those points alone should make this a pricier guitar.
