Honestly, it has exceeded my expectations, it's more powerful and faster than I thought it would be, looks great, headlight is pretty bright, suspension works great, I'm 195lbs and this thing pulls and handling is great, went trough wet and muddy grass, no problem, brakes work great too, the seat is very cushioned, just gotta get used to the handling as I'm new to scooters, but this thing is great fun, can't wait to hit some more trails, just make sure you wear all the protective gear and don't exceed your skill level so you can enjoy this powerful scooter without injury, this is not a toy!.. I've put about 60 miles on this scooter in the first couple days of owning it and I am impressed. Installing the handlebars only takes 30 minutes or so. At the same time I used the multi-tool they provided to make sure all the bolts were fastened tightly - happily just about all the important stuff was fastened tightly. I have experience on other high performance Escooters and I think this one is the best I've ridden, especially for the price. The suspension has more travel than most which really makes the ride comfortable. The throttle response is good. This thing is FAST. Mine seems to top out around 47 mph. I haven't checked with GPS but I believe the speedo is accurate. It can handle riding light off road terrain although I don't know that I'd recommend buying one of these for real off-road use/abuse - buy an mx bike for that. Mine developed a few squeaks during its initial shake-down but nothing that sounds too onerous. I'll take a little time to lube and retighten (with lock-tight) anything that needs it. This thing is NOT for children! And really not for any adult without prior experience on 2 wheeled motorized vehicles - way too powerful. But other than that, I love it! It's a heck of a lot of fun for the money! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Well so far I have Zero complaints. This machine is super quick! The Exceleration on this is beyond my thoughts. It's very stable and a much more comfortable ride with the suspension then our Segway Ninebot kick scooter. Took 15 mins to assemble the handlebars and dashboard. My kids are now begging me to sell the segway and buy another one of these. My Neighbor is also now looking at purchasing one of these after taking a few spins on this one. So far we have put 44 miles on this in 24 hours and still out playing on it. I suspect it will have well over 100 by next week. I hope this thing holds up and lasts us some time. I have topped out at 48mph on 4 or 5 trips and i weigh 185lbs. The battery seems to hold a decent charge. I could see 50 miles or better on a single charge in eco mode. But I'm a speed demon 😈 🤪. ... show more

I live on a sailboat and my typical transportation is a folding e-bike which is perfect for this kind of life. Seems that an e-scooter would be better because it takes up less room than a folding ebike. So I purchased this and when I received it the suspension was apart for the rear wheel with a lost nut for the suspension rod bolt. Spoke to Zsnake and we agreed that I would fix it on my end. So It was 3 days before I could ride this thing and wow this is a very powerful scooter. Extremely powerful and smooth acceleration and a-lot more power than I could ever need. Im 270lbs and it makes me feel light as a feather. I took it up to 37mph with no wobble or vibration except for what you feel from the knobby tires and that was fast enough for me. I really like it but I hate the fact that what I received was a repair it before I can ride it deal. Anyways it looks amazing and I cannot express how powerful this scooter is. This should not be sold to beginners EVER without proper education on how to ride this type of power in a scooter. The braking system is phenomenal with 160mm rotors. It accelerates and stops me scary fast. 4 stars because i had to work on suspension prior to riding UPDATE: I had an issue with the scooter again but Zsnake stepped up and resolved the issue in a matter of 2 days of reporting the issue. Zsnake staff is courteous and are willing to solve any issues pretty quickly. So it is my conclusion that you cannot go wrong with this brand and their support. Would I buy another Zsnake…definitely so. Update: 2/27/24 Scooter has broken down again and controllers have shorted out again..2 times total. This time Zsnake as led me on for a month saying that they’ll help fix it. Once I showed them what happened then they started ignoring me. Was still under warranty on last break down. Wires from handlebars feeding into the battery box are getting cut and crushed causing shorts to the controller. I no longer recommend this scooter but I do not regret my earlier reviews. BUY WITH CAUTION AND EXPECT PROBLEMS! If you find yourself in my predicament then follow the next update Update 3/25/24 Installed new lcd screen/trigger throttle with matching dual controllers and scooter is great again. So if you find yourself with pinched wires then that will be the solution. Other than the issues I’ve stated I believe the scooter has a lot potential especially with upgrades. Update 5/1/24 Rear motor is failing. I treat this scooter as if it was made of gold and it still has problems I Will continue giving updates and as of now… I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS E-SCOOTER At All FOR ANY REASON EVEN IF IT IS TO BE USED IN A SMASH UP DERBY. Only thing that is positive for the scooter is the frame and handlebar supports are very well made and the tires are decent quality. Everything else of importance is failing. I have only had this for just around 10 months and it has went thru an lcd panel, original charger, 4 charge controllers and now a rear motor needs replaced. 11/9/24 STEERING COLUMN SNAPPED WHILE RIDING…could have killed me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCOOTERS…DEATH TRAPS AND GARBAGE ... show more
