The media could not be loaded. Came damaged like issues other people had. Fighting with supplier to get me new parts so it doesn't look like it came from a scratch and dent sale. It shakeslike crazy at 45 mph and above. They tried telling me it needs a oil change that is why it is shaking. Oil has nothing to do with a tire that is not balanced or a defective rim. Then they want to tell me the bolts are not tight. It only has one bolt and it is tight. It was checked and just fine. They also want to talk about it is not aligned. It doesn't have anything to align like a car would. I see why they give you a 30 day warranty cause it doesn't even last that long. They haven't so far covered anything under any kind of warranty. The exhaust has started a small leak at 400 miles and now rattles at the back canaster. ... show more

It's a nice bike but not what's advertised. They didn't have a blue one but offered a red or black one. I would have ordered elsewhere if I would have known. Bike is easy to assemble, but be wary of the sharp bottom when lifting the box, it can cut right through you. Don't get me wrong this is a very beautiful scooter and so far the Smart Deals Now is working with me on replacing the parts. I just feel this could have been handled a lot differently on their part. As of today 7/14/22 my in stock parts have yet to ship which was confirmed through text on their end on 7/8/22. First of all I have worked the Shipping and Receiving deparment of my job close to 25 years, the 24th of this month will mark 25 years. Our customers who ship products to us email us a photo of the actual item you will get (scooter in this case), then they will include another picture of that item how it looks being shipped (scooter in box on pallet - in this case). If the item is real expensive then a sticker attached to outside of box with company name and shippers signature plus date is visible. When we receive the item(s) and compare photos with actual product received we are able to determine if the shipper is at fault or the sender. Another thing that we always get is a checkmarked parts list of the items included to put that product together [no parts list was available]. If a list was included from place of origin then they may have caught that the spacer between the two brake pads was missing & the included free items that was listed under their item description were missing as well. Another item that came wrong with this order the manual is for a different scooter. As you can see in the pictures the compartment under the seat is different, front disk brake is on left side - ours on the right, muffler has 3 black slants - ours 1 & the whole design of the scooter isn't the same either (totally differnt scooter on front of manual). We have 30 days from time of arrival to see if we need any replacement parts. Once we get our parts then we are taking this scooter an hour away to a certified Taotao dealership to get this properly put together for safety purposes. The Technician has all ready been informed that this scooter was abused from the get go. At the rate this is going by the time we get the parts the 30 days will be up and there goes our warranty. No returns unless we want to pay for shipping as stated in an email. When we received this scooter the driver who delivered this stated "If you wouldn't mind can you sign that you received this in good condition because I have one more item to deliver before I can get home." He was trying to rush us I feel cause he knew something was wrong with this delivery. Here is what we seen (I forgot to take pictures at the beginning): Ripped and loose stretch wrap covering a filthy torn cardboard carton on a broken pallet. The driver had a hard time getting the pallet jack into the pallet a couple of times. In the garage we removed the carton after driver had left (no bottom carton piece only 4 cardboard sliders on pallet) and pictures will tell whole story. 1) Bent metal frame 2) bottom of scooter setting on pallet 3) No spacer between brake pads 4) Caliper piston fully extended (brake dust evident when caliper hit lightly with rubber mallet) 5) Brake handles were wedged between the "L" metal frame had to disasemble frame to remove steering column 6) Horn bracket bent 7) wires fit tightly at column that when handles are turned lifts up outer covering (Tech will figure it out). Tech said to save us money the shocks, mirrors, trunk rack & trunk could be put together by us. The steering column neck should also be placed in proper place before transportation so it doesn't ruin the wiring that may have all ready been connected. I will update my rating when the scooter is operational. When talking to our Taotao dealership we figured we could have saved the hassel & money by buying locally. This scooter was shipped from Dallas, Texas to Northern Ohio with 4 trailer changes. ... show more

the scooter came very damaged and did not come on a skid like other bikes I got so I'm assuming it got hit many times with a forklift most of the damage was hidden by the bubble wrap the whole handlebar assembly has broken tabs and the only thing holding it together is the mirrors the front panel is scratched (more like deep gouges ) with more broken tabs headlight is cracked the floorboard is cracked in multiple places lower right-hand panel has broken tabs and scratched and I also think the forks are bent or Mabey the frame driving it feels very weird. and rattles very badly from all the broken parts looks like I have a 300pnd paperweight on my hands it's definitely not safe to drive. I have been driving scooters and motorcycles for over 20 years. so I do not recommend buying from SMART DEALS NOW you have been warned. ... show more
