  • Easy to Assemble, Very Comfortable!
Color: Galaxy
I was developing lower back stiffness sitting in my el-cheapo desk chair and decided to splurge on something better looking and more ergonomic. My only regret is not buying this sooner, it is so much more comfortable! Assembly was a snap. If you are looking for a solid chair for your work from home efforts this is a solid choice! ... show more

  • Comfortable and elegant
Color: Cobalt
This chair is a bit expensive but once you sit on it, you can tell why it is priced the way it’s priced. I am 5.4, petite and this chair fits perfectly to me. The cushion is soft and has a bit of bounce to it, like using a new pillow. You get to decide the back and seat distance. It hugs and holds my back perfectly for my long hours of working. I see only 2 drawback for me and that is, #1 if the seat width would have been a bit bigger, this would be a perfect chair. (I like to sit in a lotus position while working). Given the price, I was shooting high. #2 I had to buy the head rest separately making the total of this chair - $600 ... show more

  • Love This Chair
Color: Coral
I've had this chair for about a month now. It was pretty easy to put together except the silver metal piece on the chair back (that is supposed to fit into the seat) was a bit too big to slide into that slot. I had to put the outside piece over it and force the screws in. I did get them tight. It is a very very comfortable chair and I love that I can lean back in it. I got the coral one, and I've noticed that I've scuffed the legs in a couple of places and the paint has come off, showing silver through. I'm wondering if Branch has a touch up paint I can get. Overall, it is a great chair. ... show more

  • Decent chair, questionable price
Color: Galaxy
So first and foremost, I got this chair for the lumbar support after having a spinal fusion. The support is pretty good on this chair, and adjustable in regards to height. You can adjust the seat position, the stiffness of the reclining, and you can lock it reclined or straight up. As far as the stiffness of reclining goes, it's a 4-position knob with preset resistances. I kinda wish this was more adjustable than what it is because I can't find that perfect spot. The arms on the chair are kind of a pain. If you're the type of person that pulls the chair under your butt by the handles, these will get reset to the initial position 100% of the time. If you miss that perfect notch, you have to go all the way up, reset, and try again. It also makes setting the handles at the same height difficult. The seat cushion is incredibly firm. That may be great for some people, but it causes me pain after extended periods of sitting. Overall it's a decent chair, but at this price point I have sat my tush on many other chairs that are cheaper and more configurable. I'm sad that most websites rank this chair so high on their recommended lists because I don't know if it belongs there. ... show more

  • Just OK. And not worth the price!
Color: Mist
I hate to leave reviews when they're less than stellar but I am hoping my review helps someone else contemplating this chair. Overall, the chair is beautiful to look at. I have a small home office and wanted to have something more aesthetically pleasing than my black chair from a big box office supply store. When I saw an influencer recommend this one, I jumped on it. I bought it on Black Friday so I saved about a hundred bucks, which was nice, although it was still, after taxes, around $675. And this is why I am being very picky. For this price, one can be picky. My biggest problem is the backrest. There are 3 positions - upright, slightly reclined, and very reclined. And while you can use your muscles to push and hold the more reclined positions, really it's better to "lock" the chair into one of them. The first of the reclined positions, which you have to "lock" into, is just a bit too far back for me to work. And I can't imagine anyone able to work at a computer in the very reclined position. It's out of the question. It's so far back. However, the upright position is just a bit too upright (LOOK at the photos, this is where I went wrong - it's not just upright, it's a bit less than 90 degrees!). Therefore, it feels like I spend my day with my core muscles engaged to just slightly recline or push back the backrest. The muscle energy needed to just barely push the chair's backrest backward becomes extremely noticeable after sitting all day! The armrests, while adjustable, are not really padded. There is something that appears to be cushioned from the photos, but in reality, it's not soft. Again, 8-12 hours a day later, my elbows hurts. I could have stuck with my $200 ugly-yet-functional and comfortable chair from a big box retailer that I tried out in person before buying. If you're on the fence about this chair, my recommendation is keep looking unless you can go to a location and try this chair out in person before committing. It's also super heavy and to disassemble and deal with the return process after assembling it isn't something anyone has time for! ... show more

  • Adjustable and comfortable
Color: Galaxy
Have been using this chair for several months. It was easy to assemble, is sturdy, adjustable, and comfortable. It cost more than the chair it replaced, but was well worth the price.
