I'm so happy I bought this. The price is great especially since you can reuse it. It comes with 2 ice packs which is a plus. The belt size is great and has velcro to adjust to your size. The pack lasts about 30 minutes and the great thing is you have another for back up.

I’ve only used this a short while so I can’t speak to the durability but it molds well to your back, the Velcro feels strong and fits well around my waist. It covers a big area which is helpful too. It’s very cold and stays cold the whole time it’s on your body. I haven’t used it for heat but my intention was only for cold. The one complaint I do have is that there is a chemical smell on the fabric that I can smell very strongly. I hope that dissipates after using it a while. I have a herniated disc L4-L5 pushing on my sciatic nerve and a bulging disc at L5-S1. Ordered this for cold therapy and have using every night since. Trying everything to relieve some of the sciatica that shoots down my right leg. I’m a size 12 and this fits around me well, the velco stays secure and the wrap doesn’t move. Keeps firm, very cold pressure on my lower back. I can lay down with it on or walk around and do chores comfortably. I like the idea or cold and hot…nice appareance but after wearing for few hours the insert bunched up at the bottom and it looks like a have a mass on my back. Insert does not stay in place.
