I love this pan more than I thought I would. I've been a serious cook for over 20 years, using mostly assorted saute pans, sauce pans, cast iron and woks. This Avacraft pan is the perfect size and dimension for recipes needing something between a saute (frying) pan and sauce pan. (Think similar to a Dutch Oven size.) Deeper than a saute pan and wider but shorter than a sauce pan, it's perfect for any one pot meal, sauce dish, risotto, stew, etc. It's heavy enough to hold heat evenly but not too heavy that lifting is uncomfortable. Now we'll have to see if it can last as long as my favorite Calphalon 4.5 quart sauce pan. I did season this pan according to online directions prior to using just to be proactive. Very happy with this purchase and plan on purchasing more as Christmas gifts. ... show more

I bought two of Avacraft pans because the review in Amazon are mostly positive and they (Avacraft) responsed to any complaint people made. In addition, they have their own website where you can submit the lifetime warranty, apart from you chatting there if you have any questions and all. But, I was so so so disappointed because I complaint that the pans I received last week had some scratch on it on both pans but they ignored me. I just want to know if the scratch can be removed and want some advise from the expert but they totally IGNORED me. I've complaint three days in a row but I get nothing. ... show more

I recently devoted an entire day to trying to find a pot/pan set that would fit our needs, be durable, beautiful, healthy (I've heard really horrible things about the non-stick) and stumbled across your "AVACRAFT 18/10 Stainless Steel Everyday Pan with Tri-Ply Base, Chef’s Pan with Glass Lid, Silicone Coated Ergonomic Loop Handle" that we can also use both on the stove-top and on an induction burner. I tried it out with an induction burner I purchased at the same time and absolutely love it. It's the perfect size to replace a pot with lid and skillet with one streamlined option. I just love this pan. I was shopping for a new enameled cast iron pan. It would have been my third. Let's face it, they don't last forever, and they're pretty expensive. It is a very nice high quality pot. I bought it for hot pot on an electric portable burner. It worked great. It is turn right size for several people and looked very nice. I could imagine using it for cooking in other ways too.

This cookware claimed that nothing sticks which is absolutely wrong. Secondly it said lifetime warranty which is again a lie. I emailed my order id to get the lifetime warranty but its over a week and no reply still. Worst cookware ever if you are an Indian never buy this. After cooking for one time white patches appeared. Asha is herself an Indian hopefully she knows how Indian cooking is.. so she can or any other indian can understand what I mean. Yes this pan is good for western cooking style. Sorry to say but don’t advertise wrong things when the product itself can’t meet that standard and the lifetime warranty as well.Nothing is comparable to calphalon or oxo good grips products. Getting married soon, setting up our cosy kitchen. This is a great versatile pan, very handy, balanced. Cooks good & fast. The handles with black coating make it feel safer to touch anytime. I hate cleaning part ;) and this has stood my test, cleans super easy, thank you.
