I will never buy any pans but this brand! If you’ve seen the ads they are all true. I’ve used a metal potato masher not a scratch. I have melted cheese, no stick. The clean up is quick and easy. Frying and sautéing are simply perfect. One thing follow the instructions only use a medium or low flame m,and let your pot heat up a little,these pots get hot fast and you don’t need a high flame. You will find that you will cook on lower heat with these pots. The heat is absorbed quickly and evenly and you definitely won’t need to use high heat even searing a steak. Wash up is a breeze. One ad has a person using an electric mixer in the pot, I don’t recommend doing that. I did and now have a tiny nick in my 8 quart pot. I’m really pleased with this set and with Hex-Clad in general. I like the look, functionality, durability. I bought on Prime Day and got a good price also. I give this set 5 stars.     • Wonderful pots that make cooking easier.
Glad I got these to complete my pots and pan set. These pots are great for meals, use less heat on the electric stove, and come with a lifetime warranty. Clean up is easy, made a baked potato soup in the large pot and was able to clean with a quick rinse and pour. I wish the price was lower, but the quality is worth every cent. These are beautiful, substantial and truly non-stick pans. We purchased these after visiting family during the holidays. Her set is a year old, used daily, and still just like new!     • Love my Hexclad
I have been using these for a month now. My previous pans are solid stainless. I generally have nonstick pans. These function differently as they are hybrid. They do need oil to be nonstick. You have to watch your heat level. They get hot so lower is better. It’s nice that you can crank it up and get a nice sear which you cannot do with traditional nonstick. They clean up nicely. I mostly hand wash but I did wash a pot in the dishwasher and it did well. I accidentally got distracted while cooking chickpeas and wanted to cry because all the water evaporated and peas burned. I thought I ruined my pot. It actually came right out and looks as good as new. The wok and the large frying pan are huge. Great for larger meals. I plan to continue adding some specialty items like the roasting pan and large saute’. They are not cheap but if you are looking to make an investment I would highly recommend. ... show more

    • Great forever pans
I replaced all of my pots and pans with these (the pot set, 2 8", 2 10", a 12" and the 10" wok). It was expensive, well worth it. I've had two skillets for just over a year and they are still in great shape and have great non-stick. While I'm very good at cooking in stainless steel (I can make scrambled eggs without sticking), I am getting old and needed something a little easier to use. These are just what I needed. Love them.
