These have been a total changer in the kitchen! After realizing the teflon was coming off our old set into the food we prepared, we decided to look for something of much better quality. The price for these is well within budget and worth every single penny!!! Zero stick! We still add cooking spray, butter or water depending on the food just to keep it juicy. Appearance is beautiful, coated nicely and durability is top notch! The lids are fantastic, and Weight is nice… overall nice to handle and very pretty! It says they won’t scratch but we keep metal away from them ALWAYS. We also wash them by hand to keep them nice for a long time. On my journey to source non-stick, non-toxic pans, I was lured into HexClad because of their persistent marketing. No where on their website does it say you have to use oil to sautee stick free, only to season the pans. Which I did. And they are indeed NOT stick free at all. $700 for nothing. If youre on a budget and want quality pans that are easy to clean (get stainless steel otherwise) this set is a great option. Has everything you need, plus lids. Technically theyre dishwasher safe but I wash by hand for longevity. I especially like the square pan for more deep dish recipes like egg bite omelettes etc. Beware the pan handle DOES get hot if left on the burner for long enough, use a towel to grab. ... show more

If you’re reading the reviews trying to decide if you should buy this set, stop reading and just place the order. I LOVE THESE POTS AND PANS. These are fantastic! They truly are non stick pans, the first time I cooked with them I made steak and I was so amazed. This pot set is awesome, pans have great heat induction even on low-medium heat, no need for high heat and waiting 20 minutes for water to start boiling anymore! A meal that used to take me 45 minutes to cook now takes 25 or less! I couldn’t be happier. And the amount of amazing products you get for the price?! I try to avoid using metal items when cooking. The panda can be easily hand washed and dry them which helps ensure they keep in great condition as well. BUY THESE. and thank me later! ... show more

I bought because of other reviews and I must say great non stick pans i put in dishwasher no problems nothing I have cooked in them has stuck and clean up is easy but only use rubber or silicone as they will scratch but just about guaranteed nothing will stick to these pots and pans

I always have my doubts with products to avoid disappointment but I am truly shocked of how well these pots and pans have held up! Cleaning is extra easy, the nonstick coating actually does its job so I don’t have to spray or grease my pans. And they still look as good as they did when they came straight out the box.
