I've had my Carote nonstick cookware for a little over 5 months, and overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. The nonstick performance lives up to the hype—cooking and cleaning have been a breeze, and I haven't had any issues with food sticking. It's definitely a pleasure to use in the kitchen. One minor downside is that my frying pan has developed some staining over time. While it’s not a dealbreaker and I’m still very much in love with the way they look, it’s worth noting that the stains are there. Both of my frying pans, I've noticed small scratches. I’m not sure where they came from since I’m careful about not using metal utensils, but they’re quite tiny. While I’m hoping they don’t affect the performance or longevity, it’s something to keep an eye on. Despite the scratches and stains, I still use them daily and appreciate how they function. They're durable and stylish, and the nonstick surface makes cooking and cleaning so much easier. I'd recommend Carote cookware to anyone looking for affordable, effective nonstick pans, but just be mindful of potential scratches with regular use. ... show more

I am loving these pots and pans. First of all they were very well packaged. The color is beautiful! They’re truly nonstick and I’m not even bothered by the fact that they’re not dishwasher safe because they’re so easy to clean. Some reviews I read mentioned that some of the pots were dented. My casserole did arrive with a dent however they all have a warranty and I contacted costumer service the day I received them. Costumer service was a piece of cake, they asked for a picture of the damaged product and my mailing address. I responded and the very next day they sent the tracking info for my replacement. I will be using these for a long time and I even ordered the knives to match the pots. If you received a damaged product, i recommend contacting costumer service, they were great and they honor their warranty. ... show more

Latest and Last Update: Finally recieved my replacement pan in the mail!! It was a long time coming but customer service was able to make things right and my pots and pans set is now complete, not damaged, and functional. Have loved cooking with my Carote set and even bought the cooking utensils set as well! Definitely a good purchase! Edited to add. There were actually 3 items damaged. I reached out to Carote the day my items arrived. They have yet to reach out to me. Very disappointed. I was so excited to order these new pots and pans!! They are absolutely beautiful and the clean label fits with me and my families needs and wants. Upon receiving these pans, I did end up with 2 items messed up. The packaging of the set was impeccable so I don't think they were damaged in transit. Besides the damage to two items,being a dented and scratched skillet and the tongs are squished, the set is beautiful!! I made a simmer pot first thing in the tiny pot for fall and unfortunately I guess the cinnamon stained the pot. Which is also kind of disappointing but I guess is just something I have to deal with. Overall I look forward to using this set and can't wait to get cooking! ... show more
