Verified buyer. I was delighted to receive 30 water resistant sturdy luminary bags with battery-operated candles for Christmas front yard decor. We used kitty litter to weight to bags down, it worked well although I know you can use sand or small rocks as well. Although it was damp that evening, they bags held up and were still in place and flickering (although more dimly!) the next morning. Some of the little lamps still work.
