I got the premium version of this chair. This chair is very sturdy. Was a little difficult to put together, but manageable. This chair is pretty comfortable at first but the cushion feels a little cheap. The biggest issue for me is that the back of the chair doesn't come up far enough. I have to lean back too far in order to have a backrest which puts my muscles in an uncomfortable position. I have tried to adjust it multiple times, but the back is just so far back it doesn't allow me to sit up straight. Hopefully this issue can be fixed or I will have to return. I'm not a fan of the metal bar in the center of it either. When I wear my crop tops it is cold and just generally uncomfortable in any clothing, not sure why they would put that there. Seems like a bad design to not at least cover it with some cloth or something. I am 30 and weigh 180lbs and 5'5 with a shorter torso and longer legs. I wouldn't say this is a "big and tall" chair. I am a relatively mid-sized person and the seat barely contains me. My lower back now really hurts after using this chair for the first time for about 5 hours. Have sharp pinching nerve pain that I didn't have before using the chair. The cover is also ugly compared to the original cushion. It is difficult to put on and it slides off too easily. Overall unsatisfied with purchase so far unless the back rest can be fixed. It is such a hassle to have to disassemble and return something like this so I'm hoping it can be modified to be more comfortable for me. ... show more

Absolutely love this chair. I have never written a review before but felt the need to write one just in case anyone is thinking about purchasing this chair. I highly recommend it. It took all of 30 minutes to put together and the instructions were simple. I work from home, and I go to school I need a chair that supports my back. The support for my back isn’t as supportive as described still has a space where I need the support on my lower back. This chair is made well and sturdy. The two con’s I have is that the seat cushions feels like they stuffed hay into it, after 2 to 3 hours I start to feel lower back pain & my butt hurts, no support or quality of seat cushion. I’m buying a low seat cushion for this issue. If you buy this I would also recommend a seat cushion that is LOW, if you get a high cushion one it will block the lower back supports on the chair and raise you too high. At this point after 2 weeks of using it, having to buy support for my back and seat cushion it makes me question why I’ve spent over $200 dollars to add all this stuff to make it work. Most likely returning, for a chair that supports my needs. Also the reclining part of the chair you will literally have to push your body back with force. The media could not be loaded. Really nice, supportive, firm yet comfortable chair. Took me forever to set up by myself, but I got it done! Would recommend having help if possible. It would be great if the instructions included text, or even better if there was an instructional video. It is a wonderful chair though! I hope it will last many years ... show more
