When you hit a certain age, it can become very difficult to do the simple things you take for granted when you are young. One of those is putting on eye makeup. I can't see in the regular mirror, so I use this 10x mirror suctioned to my bathroom mirror for my fine detail work- like plucking brows, filling in brows, and applying eye makeup. My daughter uses it for mascara application sometimes, too. It is a handy tool to have in your bathroom when you have visual problems. (Also, it is portable for traveling.) This is the perfect size and magnification for applying makeup when I travel, and doesn’t fall off the mirrors I stick them to, but the suction cups remain stuck on the mirror when I pull it off. It would be great if it came with a carrying case.

I noticed some people said the image is blurry, not in focus. I'm pretty sure these people did not remove the clear vinyl film that protects the glass mirror. The film has a very small tab that may be stuck to the side of the mirror, once it is removed the image is very clear without distortion. I needed two mirrors but only ordered one because of the bad reviews, but after receiving the first mirror and seeing the quality of the image, I ordered a second one. ... show more

It is small but works great for my purpose: taking contact lens out in the evening. Suction cups hope it well on the large bath mirror. Lean over the countertop and get a big big image of the eye pinch to extract the lens easily.
