I am so happy I decided to buy this chair! I bought another chair off of Amazon and I work from home so I sit for a good bit during the day. My old chair was so uncomfortable, not to mention extremely difficult to put together. I would constantly have back and bottom pain that would leave me in so much pain it would be hard to move. This took me a little over an hour to build because I was working at the same time, but it was the easiest thing I have ever built! The instructions could not have been more clear. Everything was packaged well. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the headrest or if I wanted to install it, but I did and turns out I’m indifferent. I was hoping there was a way to remove the headrest and have it optional and there is! Now, the COMFORT. I have never sat in a chair more comfortable than this one. The seat is nice and plushy and the back support is insane. I purchased a seat cushion for my old chair and I honestly like this one without it. I can’t say enough good things. Approximately two months ago, I purchased this chair and it has been performing well since then. The comfort it provides, even after hours of use, is commendable. The material used in its construction appears to be of high quality, adding to its overall appeal. Assembling the chair was easy and I was able to do it alone in a short span of time. However, one aspect to bear in mind is that the chair seems to be designed with taller individuals in mind. As someone who stands at 5’7", I would have preferred it to be slightly smaller for a perfect fit. I like the chair. Its comfortable, easy to put together, and what i was looking for at the price. What I didn't expect was to be replacing wheels weeks after buying. The offending wheel slot deformed and ruined the rolling motion of the chair. I have since fixed it with aftermarket wheels that are of much better but am sorely disappointed with the lack of quality of the chair parts in the first place. I would not reccomend this chair because of the poor quality wheels. **UPDATE** Was contacted via Amazon by the seller and was blown away by the help offered. The company reps offered me a full refund for my trouble, but since I liked the chair and had already replaced the wheels we agreed that they would just refund me the cost of the new wheels. I am very happy with my purchase at this time and love my new chair. Additionally they said that they would look into upgrading the wheels offered in the future. I spent weeks researching various chairs to purchase for my home office…tough to do when you can’t “try them out” in person. I decided to try this one out based on reviews and pricing. Thrilled I did! It was super easy to put together; I had it up and was using it in no time. I love the design, and it’s comfortable even after I’ve been sitting for hours plugging away on the computer. I have longer legs and find it’s tall enough when all the way up. It has everything I need, including the adjustable headrest and hanger (didn’t know I would find that as useful but I use it daily). This chair is amazing wonderful and comfortable and all the other positive adjectives. The lumbar support is great. (I wish it could adjust up and down a bit more but it is ok). The seat is firm and I love the 90-degree position of the back. You can not go wrong buying this chair. It is easy to assemble. This chair is absolute quality, it has everything you need if you work in an office or at a desk: great back & head support (the head rest can swivel up & down so you don't have to use the same neck posture all day), soft seat, arms that go up & down according to your body shape / size. It's lightweight and very easy to assemble (only took about 30 minutes for me to put it together). A huge plus is that there's little to no leather that can chip or peel away, so no need to worry about it being damaged if you put it to extensive use.
