Using for air fryer. Was first disappointed at rough surface. However, after several uses and seasoning (avocado oil in air fryer at 350 for 20 min), it has really smoothed out and is becoming more non-stick. It’s a go to for eggs now. 3 eggs at 325 for 8 min and slide in some English muffins as well. Done with no mess or flying eggs in air fryer. Easy clean up and a spritz of oil on it until next time.
