I come from the land of frying pans passed down through generations but I didn’t have a large one. This one was reasonably priced and Just what I wanted. You know how do it. Use it, Wash it, coat it with your favorite oil or yes maybe , lard. Or just the seasoning, oil you use. Be sure to spray or coat it with oil before you put it away. Never leave it in water. Keep it in the oven and In no time, people will be asking where in the world did you get that big cast iron frying pan. Making cornbread or frying chicken, maybe fried okra or even fried potatoes; this pan will earn its keep. You can make it your own. That’s what makes it so wonderful. Check out the great price. Love this little cast iron pan. Purchased it for single-serve cooking and after a handful of uses it has met my needs well.
