Well after being a Professional Chef for 38 years. I know how to give cookware a good workout for sure. I have now had this Tibrang 8-in-1 multifunction pan for about a month now, and have put it through the test with my cooking. And I have used it at least once a day using many cooking methods and it has held up very well. From cooking to cleaning it is a very good piece of cookware with just a couple things that I sort of dislike about it. I like the screw in handle with the heat indicator built into it, but it does get hot when using it even on the stove top, so don't forget to grab it with a mitt or glove. And the pressure relief valve seems to not work well all the time, so I did change it out with the extra one that comes with the pan. But all in all it is a really good cookware to have. In fact I have put another one on my wish-list to put in our RV, with the limited storage space it will take the place of some of the older cookware we have in the RV. ... show more

As a gentle pressure cooker it can lessen cook time for less expensive cuts of meat. A pot roast can be started on the stovetop and finished in the oven. If ur wondering whether to get this or not just get it. My friend got it in pink and cooked the best steaks so naturally I needed it too but in orange, arrived within 8 hours of ordering, and already I’ve been cooking up a storm. It’s just so perfect for cooking literally anything. I highly recommend ! As for the parts people complain about : the button for air or not air doesn’t really work but then again I wouldn’t use this as a pressure cooker anyways. The is a crown that changes to white when it’s hott but the handle is so long that it never gets too hot where that’s an issue. I’ve also already used it in the oven for a stew and it was great no issues. lastly the fact that the cover can stand on its own is great if you have a small kitchen. ... show more

    • This skillet is so easy to clean and food cooks well and fast even at lower temperatures.
So easy to clean! Dries quickly too (pan, not lid so much). I love the easy cleaning part best to be honest! But making food in it has been a great experience for my family. It cooks meat quickly, even on a lower temperature. I usually start at medium or just under for the heat setting. Then switch to low after I turn the meat once. Color is beautiful. Pans are heavy (and I am losing strength in my arms and wrists due to aging) but these are my favorite pans so I will continue to use these and store them (I have 2 design varieties of this skillet) desperately from my other pans so these don’t get scratched up.
