This is a great relief for my neck. Use hot, cold or leave as is. Use if my neck hurts or just for support when sleeping or working at my computer. Only complaint I have is that the beads are in sections so there is a void in between the sections. Otherwise I’m happy with it and it smells awesome!

Luckily I have had one of these before that I purchased in a store. I remembered that you are supposed to remove the exterior cover before microwaving. I read the package on this one and nowhere does it say to remove the cover before microwaving. My husband says, "Maybe they improved the design". I am skeptical so I came to the Amazon page to see and behold, different instructions that say to remove the cover AND tags before microwaving. It also says to microwave for 1 1/2minutes (not exceeding 2) where the package says to microwave for 20seconds at a time. I am going to remove the cover each time, which is a bit of a hassle but better than running the risk of burning it. 👌 Hope this helps others! I always enjoyed this heating pad. ... show more

It was great for three weeks and then the fabric fell apart and all the stuff inside fell out. Wont be buying this again.
