Sometimes the chair lowers when you sit down so you have to readjust - and I'm not heavy! so it could matter for someone who doesn't like readjusting the chair. I got this chair for my home office and I have been using it for 2 weeks now. The packaging of this product was very good and all the parts came to me with no damage. Very simple assembly and the instructions provided were very clear and precise. I completed the assembly in less than 20 minutes and no tools were required. The adjustable arms and back-rest adjustor (height & swing) are highly robust to use. The fabric mesh back is super comfortable, cushioning seat area is incredibly comfortable and the back-rest provides higher air circulation helps during long work hours. The wheels complement the base very well and provide extremely high ease of usage. Highly impressed with the product quality, functionality and high value for money. It's been a good chair, the lumbar support kind of went out immediately with the mesh not staying together. Easily fixable with a pillow behind the plastic piece. I like that the arms are foldable and that the seat is fairly wide, allowing you to sit cross-legged if needed. Plus the cushioning under you is pretty soft on top of that. I don't exactly enjoy the fabric, but for the price, I can't complain. However, after just under a year of owning the chair, the gas lift has sort of gone out on it. It sinks slowly to the floor. This of course has been progressively getting worse and seeing as the lifts are rather expensive... kind of sucks. Overall, good chair for the short time that I've had it, but I guess you get what you paid for. ... show more
