I love Staub, especially in this graphite color!! This is a great piece, a wonderful, somewhat petite, squared roaster with excellent wide, easy grip handles. It is classic, 100% Staub enameled cast iron, suitable for stovetop and oven like all pieces in Staub’s enameled cast iron product line. DO pay attention to the size: it is petite, measuring 8” wide and 11.75 inches edge to edge (not including the handles.) This is a fantastic deal. Ships very quickly and efficiently from the UK.
