This chair represents a significant upgrade to my home office. It arrived in a small box. Assembly took only about 20 minutes with clear assembly directions printed in multiple languages. When unboxing, I could not help but notice the quality of the pieces. The metal rod that supports the chair, for example, is super heavy duty. The casters I noticed were super high quality. One assembly note is that when you are attaching the back of the chair to the bottom of the seat, I would recommend tightening the two exterior screws halfway before the center screws. The small detail will help line up the threads easier. The manufacturer included extra hardware just in case, which is always appreciated. I was excited to get it assembled and try it out. The lumbar support is excellent, the armrests are the right height to fit under my desk, and it is lightweight enough that I can move it around the house if necessary or move it out of the way to store it. The seat of the chair is a charcoal gray and the armrest and trim is a light gray which is very stylish. It has a modern look without looking uncomfortable. I wanted a middle of the ground professional chair for my office while I am working from home. The chair was pretty easy to set up in about 15 minutes and a few hex screws connecting the seat and back and seat and lever. The first thing you will notice is its design which is modern and perfect for a office. Upon sitting in it, you will notice how comfortable the extra padding feels and yet supports with the ergonomic mesh back which is also adjustable. Trying to raise the chair will only go so high, and is a bit lower than my previous chair. Having a fabric chair I will need to be more careful what I spill on the fabric as I did already and was lucky that it cleaned up fast. I like that it has a warranty on it as well for a good 3 years so I don’t have to keep buying chairs that start to fall apart. My first reaction was, "wow that's white". The arms and legs are probably a reallllly light shade of gray, but look white. I also thought it was a little on the fragile side. I put it together, which was super easy, and added Rollerblade wheels. It seems to support my husky 265 pound frame fairly well. Maybe the slightest feeling of weakness at the maximum recline level. Overall though, it's very comfortable, assembly was easy, and packaging was great. If your a bigger person like me, you might look at a more robust chair. The media could not be loaded. We have this chair for the family computer and with the kids doing online school, this chair gets used a lot. This chair is so comfortable. When it first came in, the instructions were really easy to follow and putting this chair was really easy to do. We did check the chair and it came with everything needed to put together and was wrapped to help protect it during shipment. When it comes to moving the chair around, as you can see, my floors are far from smooth but with this chair, it still goes over my floors with no issues. The wheels makes moving this chair forward and backward with no problems. What I thought was cool is that the armrests are movable. I have 1 child who likes the armrests while the other one doesn't so it works out. The back of the chair is really breathable which can be helpful as where we have the computer, the sun comes in and can warm the room up. The back part has a lot of support so we didn't have to buy an extra cushion. This chair is comfortable, moves around easily and even though it's used several times a day everyday, this chair still looks and works great. ... show more

With all this working from home, I needed a new desk chair. I chose this one because it went well with our grey décor and quite honestly if I'm having to sit in my home office all day, then I wanted it to look nice. This does look very nice and is very well made. It is also quite comfortable to sit in for hours at a time. The back is nice and high, made with a mesh like fabric that keeps you cool. My favorite thing about it is that it has the capability to rock back and forth - perfect for those of us who can't sit still! The arms are at the right height and are nice and wide and the seat bottom is well cushioned. It is lightweight and easy to move, with the 5 wheels making it nicely balanced when it rolls. It smoothly adjusts the height about 6 inches or so. It was very simple to put together - took me less than 10 minutes with the provided tools and instruction booklet. The majority of the time was spent unwrapping the pieces - they were very well protected and a pair of gloves to wear while putting it together were also included. This was my first time buying an expensive desk chair and I wish I had done it sooner. It is truly so comfortable that sometimes I will roll it into the family room to sit in when watching movies! ... show more

I'm short, between 5'1" and 5'2". The minimum seat height from floor to top of cushion is 16.5" which is fine for me. It is extremely difficult to find a chair at this height, which is why I bought it. The seat depth is 18.5". The lumbar support is disappointing. It's hard and it does not support my lumbar spine. It sits too low when the lumbar support is raised to the highest setting. It is hard to adjust too. I removed it since it has no purpose. I will need to use the chair with a lumbar cushion. ... show more
