Great quality, the design suits me — all 6 ft 150 lb. Big wide seat that I can sit cross-legged on. Supports my body very well, and this is what makes it different than my old chair, which was too wishy-washy. This one, while I kind of wish it could lean back more (than what, 1 inch?), if it did, that would work against the ‘firm support’ that it offers. Assembly was far easier than other chairs I have ordered in the past, and the features are great. The only thing I would change about the chair is to incorporate a swivel that would allow the ability to bring the arms in as well as fold them up. Otherwise, it is very comfortable. It brings such a modern vibe to the room now and is so much more comfortable than my old one. I love how the chair's armrests flip 90 degrees and the soft foam that you sit on. This color is to die for and my office desk is black so the contrast looks beautiful! This office chair has some cool features and I love how easy it is to set up and how you can adjust the way you want to sit. There is a knob on the bottom of the chair that clicks to lock in what angle and degree you like the chair to be in. I love that it's adjustable in the back and can adjust the height of the cushions so it aligns perfectly on your back no matter how tall or short you are! Handling was quite poor from a shipping perspective and part of the leg mount was exposed on arrival, a phew scuffs were present due to this but functionality was not compromised. Bought this to replace a modestly priced chair that lasted ten years (!) Sadly both the gas cylinder and the mechanism went sour so not worth fixing. THIS chair is plastic where that one is metal (arm rests, five wheel base) not necessarily a bad thing as the plastic seems solid and is a lot lighter to move around. My "beef" with this chair is mainly the way I feel "pitched forward" when sitting in it. I will find a rubber wedge to keep the seat tilted back a few degrees, should be fine then, I knew I wasn't getting a Herman Miller Aeron (my chair at work) so expectations have to be in line with the price range this chairs sells in.
