We own a set of high quality stainless cooking pans. If you learn how to use them, they also work like non-sticking pans. See some YouTube videos if you want to learn that. But pan temp with butter or oil temp is critical. I learned to do it but what a pain. I am also not the cook in the house. My wife has had several surgeries so I needed to figure it out. I figured it out, buy these pans. These pans simplify cooking and clean up so easy. There sold as a safe cooking surface compared to teflon. These work with induction cook tops which is a plus. I will be moving to induction in the future. I made pancakes the other day and found they turned out better without adding oil or butter to the pan first. I had best results with just batter and a pan. Clean up is really easy. The right tools make the job easer. Something I do know about in the garage. If I have to stay in charge of cooking for much longer, I will be replacing all cook war to this stuff. I highly recommend this pan and any cook ware with the same coating. ... show more

Firstly; they send you a decent screwdriver to install the handle! This screwdriver is almost better than what you find in most stores. Enough about the add-ons... The handle; it feels solid, and a texture that is rubbery feeling but not rough. It's very smooth and easy to handle(Excuse the pun), which will make it very easy to clean. When I unboxed it, my first thought was "wow, this thing is light!". The pan surface has that grainy/stone finish and feel to it, which would make you think every bit of cooked food will stick in each molecule of open pore. So, I did the water test. It immediately beaded up and rolled around the pan like rain-x treatment on your windshield. Which resists sticking and being slowed down from texture. When you cook on these kinds of pans; do not put them on high heat! Follow the directions and do not put under cold water when it's still hot, don't use a scrubbing pad or metal utensils. Treat it like a cast iron pan, wipe it clean with a damp towel and dab of dish soap. Rinse and give the cook side a very light wipe down with olive oil & store it covered. I wanted a good egg omelette pan and for pancakes, this should cook very well with a nice distribution of heat being aluminum. The crepe pan from Sensarte will be next on my purchase list. I needed a small frying pan and decided I’d try the 8 inch sensarte. Never had even heard of the brand but it looked like something I would like. This was the first skillet that I had to put together. The handle and screw are separate from the pan. EZPZ putting it together. The company even provides you with a full size screwdriver! So I have been using this 8 inch almost every day for probably 8 months or so. It has held up just great. Non stick. So I decided I needed another one , only larger. I recently purchased a 10 inch pan. Now I not only have two skillets that I love, but I also have two new screwdrivers (cross head). If you’ve never tried this brand of pans, do yourself a favor and just try one pan. I’m sure you will love it, or at least like it. ... show more

I wanted a pan that I could make crepes, fry tortillas, and make omelets in that would just nicely let the food slip out of the pan, or fry eggs that wouldn't stick. I have found one. This 9.5" fry pan is awesome. I made a 4-egg omelet this morning and it was beautiful. It has been consumed, or I would have taken a picture. Maybe next time. When it arrived, I had to put the handle on the pan. Instead of some cheapy tool that is useless except for whatever it was included with, this company sends you a DeWalt quality Phillips screw driver to put in one screw - and it has a lock washer to hold it in place. The price was reasonable and even marked down for one of the two pans I ordered. I followed the directions for care, hand washing and drying and putting a bit of oil in when cooking, as well as cooking on a lower heat setting to protect the non-stick coating. Impressive. Also, these pans are heavy and well made and have the convection cooking surface on the bottom. I am impressed and will buy these again in the future for our RV... Highly recommend if you like your food to slide right out of the pan, easy to wash and care for and made from quality materials. We'll see how they look 1 year from now. ... show more

The pan feels very heavy and high quality; far exceeding my expectations for this price point. It cooks beautifully and evenly on our induction cooktop and nothing sticks to it. In fact, after enjoying the 11'' pan so much we decided to purchase the 9.5'' omelet pan. HOWEVER, if you have any interest in ever using a lid with this pan and wish it to match, you MUST purchase the pan/lid combination initially. After reaching out to the company directly a representative told me that they do not sell the lids with a matching knob separately, nor do they sell lids separately. Therefore, it becomes impossible to have a matching set of pans/lids after the fact. If lids are not an issue for you, this would be a five-star pan all day. ... show more

I got the 8 inch egg pan and it’s perfect! I actually have the entire set now and I can’t stop saying good things about sensarte pots and pans! I’ve had the whole set for about 3 months now and we do not own a microwave so I’m making food for my 3 kids and using them at the very least three times a day lol these pans look the same as the day I bought them I’ve never owned a set of pots and pans that hold up this well! Very easy to clean I could wipe them out with a paper towel if I wanted to. They are 100% toxic free, beautiful, well priced and cook perfectly! My only fear with them was because they were white they were gonna get that weird brown residue that some pans get that you can’t get rid of and nope! No weird discoloration nothing they look the same the first day they arrived and I cannot stress how much I use these things lol stop looking for a good brand this is it. I’m not paid for this review or offered a discount I just love these healthy amazing pans I feel like I need to tell everyone haha ... show more
