My cats haven't even been able to use this because it won't stop spinning. I emptied the litter, tried resetting it, & unplugging it. Nothing works it just keeps spinning. I ordered an automatic cat box 2 months ago and paid $700. I didn’t decided my other Auto caprock needed replacing as well and ordered this one. This one was less than half the price yet it works the exact same way as the first one I bought it’s built the same. It has the same set up all I need to see now is how it holds up but as far as I’m concerned, this was the way to go. It has a large capacity for Waste, meaning I don’t have to scoop every day with 4 rescued kitties. Now that I have two of these boxes, I won’t have to scoot but once every four or five days. I am a happy camper. I will update this review if I have any problems or questions, but so far I am $329 ahead with what appears to be an equivalent machine. ... show more
