Don’t buy this. I’ve had it for less than 6 months and it consistently shuts off for no reason. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

    • Anti-pinch sticks at least once a week!
Works great - when it works. We got this automatic cat litter last fall, and it worked great for a while, but for the last three months, the anti-pinch has broken at least once a week. We take it all apart and shake it all out, and it works again, but then within a day, it’s broken again. When it’s dirty, our cat won’t poop inside, he sits on the ledge and poops on the floor. This thing is HUGE! Definitely takes up more real estate than I was expecting, but both cats started using it within 12 hours and it has been working great for weeks now with no issues and no smell.

    • Wish it worked as intended
Easy assembly, however when it is on automatic mode it rarely works properly. The drum always ends up turned to where the cat can’t get inside to use it. It caused my cat to urinate in my house since he couldn’t get in the box. When it is on manual mode and I push the button it works but that defeats the purpose of this box. Litter box was easy to put together and the app that works with it is user friendly. Very quiet and keeps the odor away. Good value for the money compared to some other robot litter boxes

    • Don't waste your money!
My cats haven't even been able to use this because it won't stop spinning. I emptied the litter, tried resetting it, & unplugging it. Nothing works it just keeps spinning. When it does stop I get message saying the drum isn't properly installed. I removed & put it back multiple times & still get the same message. Retuning this ASAP! ... show more
