So this is my second automatic litter box. My other one that I’ve bought on Amazon started to malfunction after 8 months of use. It also had a door and a combing mechanism which in hindsight was very hazardous to my 10 year old baby. I bought this one and it’s been an absolute breeze. First off the aesthetic of it is very nice, modern, totally fits the theme of my living room. Before I even plugged it in my cat was already inside peeing. The app is also nice, easy to understand, and I love that it gives me updates on my cat’s weight. I also love how quiet this machine is, it doesn’t startle my cat at all nor does it disturb me while sleeping. I can’t smell anything yet since it’s only been 1 day of use but hopefully it stays that way at day 5. The bags that come with this are pretty big so I’m assuming for 1 cat it should last for a week. Overall I love this machine. I hope it lasts. And I will be updating this review periodically rather it’s good or bad. As you can see in the photo my cats been sitting and watching for it to rotate lol I guess he likes it, too. UPDATE: So since it’s almost been a month I’ve got to rave about this machine. It’s been almost too perfect and just a very great investment!! I went on vacation for a week and I had my friend check in on my buddy and they didn’t have to change the bag out at all. It actually ended up lasting about a week and a half! My cat feels fully comfortable using it but it’s also become his new activity to watch it clean lol He’s completely fascinated by it, more so than this old litter box. I’ve had zero issues so far and hopefully it stays that way! 3 MONTH UPDATE: So, now I have two cats and this machine is still the best thing I bought this year. It still functions the same as it did on day 1, no malfunctions. I’m contemplating buying an additional one in the future but for now this one will do.     • No regrets spending the money!
This is a pretty large automatic litter box, so be sure you have the room and a place to plug it in. Here are my pros and cons with this unit. PROS * I have 2 large cats who have no problems using this box. * We change the large bag once a week. * We've not noticed ANY smells. * The bags are super easy to remove and replace. * They give you a decent supply of bags, but once you run out, you can actually use plastic grocery bags, * The operation of the unit is pretty quiet. * The cat sensor stops the unit from rotating if something gets too close or goes in while it is cleaning. * The app is easy to use. * The app provides choices in functionality, ie, scheduled cleaning, telling it how long to wait to clean after your cat uses it, and others. CONS * The unit is very large. * It is also pretty heavy to move when cleaning. * Cleaning the inside of the barrel is challenging. * The sifter does not always catch the smaller clumps of cat poop. Overall, I highly recommend this cat box. It is pricey, however, it has virtually eliminated the need to scoop the cat box out daily (which is super handy if you are going away for a couple days), and there is no smell at all. ... show more

I Am so glad I got this. Works terrific. It's basically, taking out the dirty bag and putting a new one in. The cats seem to like it too. They do not have to walk and push around dirty litter. To me, it's the difference between hating my wife's 2 cats, or thinking they are OK. The smell is vertualy gone also. Been using it for 5 months and it works great. We Never scoop. I can't believe the one that's double the price could be better. Especially, not for the huge price. ... show more

This is the best litter box I've ever had, its not ugly, came with a cute mat, has a nice light that is controllable through the app, and best of all there is NO SMELL (I live in a small apartment with a roommate this was the most important thing). My cat Toby loves it, and the app is easy. You do have to use clumping litter with it though for the best results. I recommend setting it to clean after 15 minutes to make sure everything is clumped before it cycles (helps keep the litter clean). The app is easy to use even with multiple cats, it gives good insights and weighs them every time they use it, which makes it easier to manage their health. My previous litter box was a petsafe one, cost about half the price. But it smelled after awhile, had to use crystal litter (more expensive), and was harder to clean between litter changes. I highly recommend this litter box especially for the price. I got a coupon for $100 off, I recommend waiting for the coupons for the best deal. I have not seen it go for more than $100 off but if you're looking to save money I highly recommend using the coupon rather than buying a cheaper litter box. This one is definitely worth it. UPDATE: after writing my review, I was quickly shipped a new part and able to assemble and try out this litter box. It works relatively well, but one of my cats is curious and brave and decided to jump into the device while it was turning. His paw got stuck in the yellow part that holds the usable litter while turning and he panicked, but thankfully didn’t end up hurt. Since then I have only turned it manually on my phone when the cats are in another room to avoid any problems. Aside from that, it cleans relatively well (though very small and very large pieces don’t get cleaned out). I will still continue to use because it does help, though not to the degree I wanted. This arrived a few days ago, as soon as I unboxed it unfortunately saw a broken piece. It looks like it is the part that keeps the odor controller on the inside. I am excited to try it and have emailed the company for a new piece but have yet to receive a response. It is very big and looks sturdy and easy to assemble!
