so i looked around and compared several litter boxes and settled on this one, ive had it for about 3 weeks and figured its time to write a review. 1. big opening, it has a large front opening, i havent had any issues with the opening being too big or the cats peeing or pooping out of the box. its large enough for my cats to climb in without being scared or skitish. 2. sits low to the ground. i have a senior cat, and she doesnt jump around anymore, this box opening sits low enough to the ground to where she can climb in easily without jumping and its big enough for her to be comfortable. 3. easy to use. this is pretty much factory set up to be plug and play, you just plug it in and no need to fiddle wiht an app, it will do its job, everytime a cat goes in and does its business, the thing cleans itself a couple minutes after the cat leaves, i still havent downloaded the app or used it, and the box works flawlessly. 4. ease of set up, its simple to set up just unpack it and put it together, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS when unpacking to prevent damage, the instructions will show you how to unpack it from the box. 5. extra options. there are extra options that come with this box that i really liked, the waste bin is removeable for easy dumping, the waste bin has a special pocket to put in air freshener tabs (a pack of 3 are included) which is something i did not find with other boxes in the price range, which helps with odor control, and it comes with a nice catch mat to put in front of the box. 6. sensors for safety. it has sensors on it so it stops operation as soon as it senses a weight change such as a cat hops on it. additional notes large opening makes it easy and convenient to refill extra litter. comes with 20 pack of drawstring liners but you can also use left over plastic grocery shopping bags. comes with a 3 pack of air freshener scent tabs to help prevent smells. comes with a good floor mat for catching litter from cats feet. ready to use without the app if you dont want to hasle with an app. ... show more

    • Works great, easy clean up. Plenty of room for our 14lb cat.
This is the first robot cat litter we have owned and it has been great so far, have had it for about 2 weeks. All of the cats are using it with no problem. Makes practically no noise at all. We chose this one over the model with the small entrance because we were concerned it would be a negative for our largest cat. Minimal tracking of the litter with the mat. I know I had seen some people having issues with litter leaking around the bag or not properly filtering through clumps hanging or staying in the litter but that has happened minimally. It does not smell, but we empty it every day. The kitty litter we use also hardens pretty quickly on contact so I'm sure that is a large part of those issues other people have encountered. For reference we use Target brand kitty litter and have had no issues so far. Manufacturing papers recommend giving the machine a thorough cleaning every month so I'll update if able. ... show more

    • App has some issues, but the box itself is good
I’ve had this box for a few weeks now and here are my thoughts: The good: 1. I have a very curious cat who is into everything, and I was hesitant to buy an automatic litter box bc I was worried he would climb into it while it was cleaning and he would end up with litter all over him. That doesn’t happen with this because the weight sensors work really well and if he climbs into or on the box while it’s cleaning, it immediately pauses the cleaning cycle. 2. You can use the app to program how/when you want the box to clean. My cats were wary to use the box at first because of the automatic cleaning, so I turned that off and was able to use the app to schedule cleanings throughout the day when it would be least likely to attract their attention. I can also just click a button in the app to do a clean if I notice someone has used it and it needs to be cleaned. 3. I like that you can use whatever clumping litter you want with this. 4. The waste tray is easy to empty and big enough that it lasts for a few days 5. Assembly was easy enough 6. I have 4 cats and have one who only wants to go potty in a completely clean litter box so this has been an amazing addition for him. 7. The cleaning cycle is quiet. My cats can hear it but I can’t. The not-so- good: 1. The box is enclosed so if you have tall cats like mine, it can be difficult for them to fit in there. It took a while for them to figure out how to move around in there and sometimes they end up peeing outside of the area where litter is on the side of the box bc their body is just too tall/long and it’s hard to get situated. They are all within the weight limits listed. 2. Some of my cats are jerks when it comes to litter box use. For #1, they dig to the bottom of the litter and go right on the bottom of the box and for #2 they just go right on top and don’t cover it. Because of this, sometimes the cleaning cycles don’t fully get the waste. I just keep a litter scooper nearby and use it to scrape the bottom and knock anything off the sides of the litter box down and then run it again. 3. The app doesn’t always notify me when someone has used the box. Sometimes it’ll go an entire day with no notifications. I can still use the app to clean the box but no notifications, and there’s no rhyme or reason why it turns notifications off and back on. 4. I do wish there was a notification for when the waste tray is full. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be happier with this litter box! The 75L capacity easily accommodates my two cats (11 lbs and 14 lbs) with plenty of space for them to move around comfortably. The waste bin is large enough to hold three days' worth of waste for both cats, which is great for short trips. The low entrance is perfect for older cats, making it easy for them to get in and out without tracking litter. This smart litter box is incredibly safe, with an opening that remains accessible from any angle, allowing cats to enter and exit without issue. It uses touch sensors that prevent interruptions if a curious cat approaches. Just make sure to place the litter box a bit away from the wall for added safety. The self-cleaning feature is a game-changer—efficient and reliable, keeping the box spotless. The app is super handy, accurately tracking which cat used it and even their weight.
