I can’t recommend this Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box enough!! I just bought the Self-Cleaning Automatic Litter Box from BCHARYA, and I couldn’t be more excited about it! This is my 2nd Auto Litter Box, and I will tell you to first never get an ELSPET litter box! So many components that can break, and the cleaning was horribly tedious. This litter box has saved me so much stress. I have had it 2 weeks. The App is super easy to use, just be careful of the Clearance button that mean to completely empty. I learned when all my clean litter was dumped in the bin, but then I was just able to pour it back in the litter box so no loss. I feel the way it cleans the litter is so efficient, it just rolls until the litter separates and is then sifted into this I would said pouch and the poop then rolls into a gap, then it just rolls back the opposite way until the litter is freed back and rest to the original position. My old litter box had takes that would pick up the poop and break! Which I hated. Cleaning is a total breeze, because the bin is at the bottom! My old one had a bin at the top which to me was foolish. All you have to do with this one is slide the bin out from the bottom, use the drawstring bag to pick up the dirty litter and then replace with a clean bag then push the bin back into the slot and reset it from the app, and then you are done. Also because you can remove the globe it’s on completely you can literally spray water to clean the inside of it because there are no electrical parts inside where you need to clean. There have been no leaks or strong odors so far. My last litter box from ELSPET use to leak everywhere! Also the sensor does a great job stopping the ma gone when my cat enters during a cycle. I have two cats so this litter box has saved my life! The only cons are: The step maybe high for older or if your cat has any leg or joint injuries. My cats are not even 2yrs old yet, and they love jumping in the box. It may track litter because the cats kind of have to jump out the box. I just put a litter tracking pad in front of it where they landed. Over 2 weeks later and no issues to report at all. Even if this one breaks they will have a customer forever with this one. ... show more

We recently bought this litter box when it was on sale and so far we really like it! My two cats jumped in it almost immediately and used it with no problem. It was easy to set up and it really helps control odor with 2 cats. It seems sturdy and is very easy to clean. It’s kind of bulky but it does its job well so that is easy to overlook. The media could not be loaded. I received this litter box July 22, 2024. Set up was pretty easy. I have three cats. It took two of my cats several days to get used to using it. I had to put a little step stool in front of it because it sits so high. This also helps keep them from tracking litter. I like the fact that it is quiet and deodorizes after each use. What I don’t like is the small opening. My large male cat refuses to use it so I keep a regular box for him. I have completely taken it apart and cleaned it twice. Not super easy. I notice that poop gets stuck on the grate and the back. It also tells me that it lacks litter all the time. If I add more, it just dumps the extra so I ignore what it says. I add more when I think it needs it. With three cats, I most likely need another automatic box, preferably one with a larger opening and closer to the ground. I like it with these exceptions. To clean it out, you must clear all litter, then remove the top. Then you must remove the drum. I spray the inside with Nature’s Remedy and let it sit. I wipe it clean with paper towels. Believe me, doesn’t get it all, but still beats scooping. ... show more

The instructions described the drawer as being for storage which confused me for a second, but revisiting the Amazon page made it clearer and the instructions were otherwise easy to understand. Little heavy so I had trouble getting it where I wanted it, but I’m a small person. 😅 The drum’s a nice size and has a rubber bottom that would be easy to clean if anything got stuck on it, and the litterbox itself is nice and quiet when it runs. ... show more
