I have had this for only a week now and I can say it was super easy to set up and it has been a joy to use. Easy to clean and maintain. My cat had no issues using it I just added a small box for her to step up on to get in and out of it easily. I do have a smaller cat so I can’t say how well this would work for a larger cat like a mane coon but for my 7lb orange tabby it’s perfect. I haven’t had any issues with smell or anything. I have 3 cats so scooping litter boxes has been a daily occurrence for a while. I saw this was on sale and couldn’t believe the price (I’ve seen some listed for $1k) so I went for it and have been very happy with it. It was very easy to set up, and I don’t think I had to empty it for nearly 4 days after setting it up. And it controls the smell VERY well! It’s not loud at all, either. I will say, it is kind of big, and the app is a little wonky, but I don’t even care about those things. I’m just happy to basically not have to scoop litter anymore! ... show more

I just wanna say I dearly love it. I don't know what other viewers thought of it and be Negative about it. But when I ordered this, I thought I was going to have until the 18th of December and I got it december 12th. It was delivered pretty quick. As soon as I moved the box, it's about maybe 50 pounds. When I started to set it all up and put the kitty litter in it. My cat did not waste anytime Getting in that thing. He loves it. I love it and it is pretty easy to set up. If you don't understand some of the stuff, they do have a video on it how to set it up. It would be kind of nice if They tell you how much kiddie litter, you should put in it. Because this machine is weighing your cat and i don't know if I add too much or two less of kitty letter, or what. But word advice when you put the kitty litter in, make sure on your phone when you get that set up to reset everything. Because it has to register that kitty litter and everything else. But my cat is so picky about things.I thought he was not gonna like this. He loves it. I love it. I gave it a fool bloan stars. The price might b a arm and a leg. But it is worth it. I know Japan and China uses for their cats. And I thought it was really neat and less cleaning up kitty litter, and it's a pain, and we all know that.
