I’ve had this for several months now and this is really a life changing product. It works so good, our cat used it right after I set it up and it has done such a good job keeping the litter clean and the cat waste “separate”. The room smells so much better now. I find this litter box very easy to use and simple to connect to the app. I have two cats, and they both love it! I also own the Litter Robot 4, but I actually prefer this one because my Litter Robot keeps turning off, requiring me to unplug and plug it back in constantly. This litter box, on the other hand, has had no issues at all. It operates quietly—I don't even hear it auto-cleaning, which is a huge plus. Pros: Good quality product, facilitates your life. I used to clean my cat’s litter box every single day but with this self cleaning litter box I just need to refill the filling every once in a while and take out the waste bag once it’s full which for our cat is once a week. The size is pretty big but we found a good spot for it at home and also among the other self cleaning litter boxes this one was pretty good size. The app works very well, you can see its’ status, even how many times it’s been cleaned and deodorised too. Cons: whenever I load a little bit more of litter filling, the machine dumps excess clean filling together with the waste while self-cleaning, so you can’t load it too much (I only tried to do that cause my cat was staying home alone for a couple of days) The top cover is kinda hard to take off and put back on (you need that to get an access to the loading hole for litter filling) Overall, the litter box does a great job and saves a lot of time. ... show more

I just wanna say I dearly love it. I don't know what other viewers thought of it and be Negative about it. But when I ordered this, I thought I was going to have until the 18th of December and I got it december 12th. It was delivered pretty quick. As soon as I moved the box, it's about maybe 50 pounds. When I started to set it all up and put the kitty litter in it. My cat did not waste anytime Getting in that thing. He loves it. I love it and it is pretty easy to set up. If you don't understand some of the stuff, they do have a video on it how to set it up. It would be kind of nice if They tell you how much kiddie litter, you should put in it. Because this machine is weighing your cat and i don't know if I add too much or two less of kitty letter, or what. But word advice when you put the kitty litter in, make sure on your phone when you get that set up to reset everything. Because it has to register that kitty litter and everything else. But my cat is so picky about things.I thought he was not gonna like this. He loves it. I love it. I gave it a fool bloan stars. The price might b a arm and a leg. But it is worth it. I know Japan and China uses for their cats. And I thought it was really neat and less cleaning up kitty litter, and it's a pain, and we all know that. But like I said, this product is worth it, and I think what these other people had bad experience that they probably didn't understand or they just had the really bad luck. ... show more

I’ve had this for about 4 months now and love it! Definitely worth the price. I empty it about 1-2 times a week and it’s sooo easy. I never smell anything now! Deep cleaning can be a hassle, but so can any box be! I use Dr Elseys cat liter and it works great. I used corn litter with it before, but it was too much of a mess.
