Despite some poor reviews, I decided to order the seat mesh panel. The panel looks like the real thing until you try to fit it. None of the screw holes in the panel lined up with the holes in the frame. I had to clamp the panel into the frame and create new screw holes in the panel. I started at the back and worked my way to the front. The panel plastic is fairly soft so driving screws into the plastic wasn't hard - just tedious. What should have been a 10 minute drop-in replacement turn into a 45 minute wrestling match. Without the right clamps, it would not have been possible. For this amount of trouble, I wish the panel had been half the current price. I cannot recommend this panel unless you are ready for a challenge. ... show more

The fit is a bit wonky... it was too small and very difficult to set, even using clamps. Best to order OEM parts from HM if ever I have to do this again.

This is not an OEM product and it was poorly manufactured with mold gates sticking out all over which meant I had to laboriously shave them off to even get close to having the mesh fit, which even then it did not fit properly. Took me more than two hours to do what should have taken 10 minutes. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT AN OEM PART so save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy a factory made mesh from Herman Miller. ... show more
