Chair looks great and arrived as expected. My only complaint is that while you do not expect top quality ergonomics from a chair sub $200, this chair is particularly not well supportive. If you plan to use this chair for work over 1 hour, I would highly suggest you purchase up or invest in a lower back pillow/brace for the chair. Taller/Heavier people would be advised to try another product. Besides that it fits our use and purpose. ... show more

I received a chair with the wrong arm parts, the color didn’t match. Simple fix, right? Wrong. They didn’t have spares in stock so I was instructed to just order a new one and return the old one. This would be fine (if a huge waste of shipping space and money), except the shipping label was not postage paid. Being a chair, shipping is NOT cheap. I was told their department couldn’t handle shipping, was given a case number and instructed to call the Office Depot customer service line. I’m not sure how they are involved but I guess they are the actual seller? The customer service person did not know what to do with my case number and seemed like they didn’t know anything about amazon returns. She called the manufacturer, RealSpace, who also said they didn’t handle shipping. I’m done with this freaking chair at this point so Im just going to eat the asinine shipping cost. I really don’t appreciate being made to call 3 different companies and spending hours of time trying to solve a problem that isn’t even my fault. Figure it out. It shouldn’t be on the customer to call around searching for a solution, while everyone else involved cries “not my problem.” ... show more

The chair is comfortable and moves smoothly even on thick carpet. However, I wish the chair would tilt back more. It doesn’t tilt as much as it did when I tried it in the Office Depot store.

    • Buyer beware
This chair is wildly uncomfortable. I tried to return the chair but Office Max / Office Depot would not provide me a shipping label with paid postage even though they claimed I did not need to pay for return postage. Customer Service could not help (they had no idea they even sold through Amazon). Amazon refused to help as well. Thanks for nothing. So I’m left with a garbage chair that I’d have to pay $50 to return. Just go buy a chair from a real store. ... show more

Take care inserting screws. This took the longest time. All parts were there and the product was in perfect condition. A good buy for the price
