    • Love the Chair but Assembly was Challenging
I love my new chair. It is very plush and comfortable to sit in for remote working. The head support is just right too. Assembly was easy up to the point of putting the back cushion. That's where I ran into lots of problems and ended up needing 1-2 people to help me steady the chair while I affixed the back. The instructions were a little confusing at that point too, so I had to do what made the most sense. What also made it difficult was the fact that one of the screw holes was set too far back in the seat cushion which made it difficult to secure the screw in place. I didn't have this issue with the other holes. Needless to say, I finally got it together and have been enjoying the chair for about a month or so. ... show more

    • Do you like airplanes?
Cause sitting on this reminds me of economy seating on and air plane. Ok to sit on for like an hour but your butt will be hurting after that. Not comfy for sitting 8 or more hours at a desk.

This was easy to assemble. The chair is perfect to what I was looking for. Provides great support for my back and neck. Originally wanted the black chair but the brown is really nice and good quality. Overall money well spent!

    • Don't Buy!! Cheap Chair and Seller Won't Help AT ALL!!!
chair failed within the span of 2 and a half months, seller offers no warranty and now I am out of 140+.. contacted seller and they do not care since they have already been paid! Take it from me, you DO NOT want this type of headache! Hopefully Amazon will step in and make them do the right thing!
