I wanted chairs that were more sturdy and that had arms. I ordered these to replace the dangerous folding chairs that my 89 yr old friend used daily. The chairs she used daily did not have arms to help her get up, seemed too low & did not they seem stable. They slid back on her tile floor when sat and got up. It was just a matter of time before she hurt herself. These chairs are firm & sturdy & are much easier for her to use. They have a little weight to them so they don’t slide on her floor but not so much weight that they are hard to move by yourself. They look nice too, well made and safe. So glad I got these for her. Con: I have handled Leather mind you in previous employment from premier to faux, and as such my disappointment will go unnoticed by some as unproven. A low quality of, if that is real; my opinion is just par with that of the fake leathers. It may still last quite a few seasons with treatments but time will tell.     • Chair came ripped
Overall chairs are okay, not the most sturdy, but are comfortable. Good for a waiting room. However, 1 of the chair seats came ripped and also the screws won’t line up or engage on the other. Can’t get ahold of customer service.
