Don’t buy. You will Be disappointed for sure. Poor vibration, sear barely lean back and it’s very uncomfortable to seat in. I work from home and work for 8hrs. I thought this would help with long seating hours. But no it does not help. After 15 mins of seating I was ready to switch back to my old chair. Chair is great I’ve had it for ~10 days at this point and it works well. Instructions are straightforward with pictures (I’ve put together an office chair before). The lumbar support is small and low so I’ve added my own pillow for more support. The chair takes some “breaking in”, I also added a pillow for my tailbone for sitting for long periods because (just like any chair) it comes out the box a little “stiff”. The massaging is largely a strong vibration vs rollers like other massage chairs and I haven’t used the heated feature as it’s still quite warm out. Overall, it works as intended. ... show more

After tightening all parts of the chair, it still feels unstable and arms dont seem to stay tight. The cord should be another 12 to 24 inches longer, length is not realistic unless your chair is next to an outlet.

The chair seat is comfortable. The chair is cheaply made. The arms screws don’t stay tightened. The chair doesn’t heat up so you can feel it. Wasted money. Also, the part to support your legs is so small and cheap. Not comfortable.

Your return policy is useless, and your quality is awful. The company expects me to pay $139 to return that chair for a $31 refund. I'll never purchase another item from that company. I think I was clear enough. Amazon needs to look into this as this is not fair to your customers. I bought this for my daughter who works from home and has a herniated disc in her lower back. She loves it!! ❤️ As for me not so much lol I need a softer more cushioned chair. It feels hard and uncomfortable. It absolutely served the purpose for her and that's all that matters!
