I have a lot of issues with sciatica, and finding a desk chair that provides proper support has been a challenge, especially for long periods of time. I shall search no more. The seat is a perfect length and width that I am able to sit all the way back in the seat, and my back is able to comfortably rest against the back of the chair. I’m no longer sitting in a hunched forward position which was a definite strain on my back. Since I’m able to comfortably sit in the chair, my body overall is much more relaxed, so at the end of the day im not dealing with full body tension. This chair gets high praise from me, which I don’t dish out regularly. The craftsmanship of the chair is solid, it was easy to follow the picture directions to assemble it, and I had no issues in assembling it. It’s sturdy, it adjusts easily, and when you set the height you want, it holds, not like some other desk chairs I’ve invested in. I am very impressed by the quality and comfort of this chair. I am so happy to finally receive a high-quality product from Amazon that actually looks and feels as high-quality as advertised. The chair is supportive, with great lumbar support, armrests, and an easy to use height adjusting feature. The only thing I don't like about this chair is how absolutely INFURIATING the assembly was. The screws meant to attach the upper part of the chair to the armrests are all just a hair inch shorter than they should be for no logical reason, meaning you have to precisely, loosely put each screw in the absolutely perfect position while the chair part is also held in the perfect position if you want to be able to actually screw the screws in. My boyfriend ended up using longer screws from a different tool set that worked so much better and stopped our screaming and cursing. I truly do not know why they could not have just made those screws slightly longer. Also, the reclining feature is basically just a rocking chair feature. ... show more

Wow! I am impressed with everything about this chair and the seller so far. Being a white chair, I was leery that is would arrive without scratches or smudges but each piece was flawless. Also, I had planned to wait until my husband was home so I would have a second set of hands when it came to attaching the back; however, the instructions were so clear and made it easy to assemble the entire chair by myself in minutes. Even the Allen wrench is an upgrade from the little L-shaped pieces of metal that hurt your hands... this tool has a thicker T-shaped handle. Now that the chair is assembled, it is so comfortable, stable, and rolls smoothly. It also seems like it will be easy to keep clean... I hope as I am a red wine drinker. lol Note to shorter people: I am 5'4" and the chair is a bit tall for me when I am barefoot and it is at its lowest height. However, I normally wear shoes while working and then it is just fine. ... show more

I can't speak to the quality or Comfort to the chair. Because I cannot complete the assembly. There is a defect in one of the legs that is preventing me from attaching the last wheel. There is a small nub of metal sticking out, which makes the hole too small for the wheel to fit. Not sure how I'm going to resolve this. Then I try to attach the arms to the backrest, only to find out that the screws are significantly too short to fit. From reading the reviews I now see this is an ongoing issue. It shows the lack of quality control for this company. I work in supply chain and if there were this many repeat issues, people would be looking for a new job. And because I already threw all the boxes away I am not able to return. I really need to stop buying stuff like this on Amazon because I have wasted so much money on crappy quality. Guess I'm now going to have to go out of my way and purchase materials in hopes of fixing this. What a disappointment. ... show more
