This is a nice chair for the money. The materials are decent (except the wheels) and should hold up for a while. The wheels are super cheap and I'm going to need to replace those to keep marks off my laminate floors. Its pretty comfortable, not sure how well the padding will hold up over time, probably not but what do you want for a hundred bucks? I do wish it had a lever tilt adjustment for the back, you cant lean back in it at all. I think the knob on the bottom will adjust the tilt somewhat, not really sure, the only directions that came in the box were pictures of the assembly, fortunately the assembly was really simple. ... show more

First, this is a beautiful chair. I got it in brown and color and fabric are very sharp looking. It was very easy to assemble. There are some plugs that come with the chair to hide the screws. Very cheaply made. Mine were broken. I contacted seller and provided info for a replacement but they kept responding requesting more and more info. I decided it wasn’t worth my time. So points off for bad customer service. The chair itself is sturdy. It’s also quite firm or rather hard. I can only sit for about 15 mins max before I have to get up. If you are looking for something more plush, search for something else. All in all, it suits my needs. Would I order again? Probably not. My next chair will be something more soft. ... show more

It’s a decent chair for the money. The plastic adjustment knob under the seat was busted even though the box wasn’t damaged. I chose to loctite it versus the hassle of returning it.
