I have owned this chair for 7 months now! 1. Super easy to put together. 2. My shoulders, neck and head are extremely supported with how big the back rest area is. 3. I can sit on this chair for up to 7 hours straight without any aching or strain. (haven’t attempted longer) On the scale of Bad - Good - Great. The material quality is GOOD. I would say it’s a little sensitive to getting scratched and discolored. But if you are someone who takes really good care of their things you could avoid these things from happening. I tend to throw this chair around when I vacuum so. But either way, because of the affordable price point and comfortability, I really don’t care if it gets scratched or discolored. This chair is the most comfy office chair I've had in all my five years of working from home. It's also the most gorgeous I've owned. This chair took about 30-40 minutes to assemble, came with every piece needed and clear instructions. THE ROCKING FUNCTION IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I am an avid rocker - not ACDC, more Granny. This chair is the best, most comfortable rocker I've found in an office chair build yet. If you need motion while typing 12 hours straight, this is it, people. One thing I did notice is a small tear on one side of the chair which was a bit of a bummer. The faux leather used, I'm not sure how well it'll hold up. Time will tell. But in relation to how awesome everything else is with the chair, it didn't deserve a ding. All in all, very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

I have had this chair about a year and a half - the cushions have flattened quite a bit over time but still relatively comfortable. No issues with the wheels, rolling, rock functions, easy to put together. The only complaint I have is the armrest has already cracked where I rest my elbow/weight. Seems this should have held up better for the short time frame. Perhaps they need to reinforce or add some type of additional pad on the arms. The white is really pretty and accents my space well, but does pick up a lot of dirt and unfortunately some paint off my desk. Overall, knowing this wasn’t a top level grade office chair it was a good purchase - I keep a throw over it as your legs do stick if in shorts, and eventually I’ll have to try to repair the armrest so it doesn't start looking awful. ... show more

Comfortable chair as advertised. Assembly time about 20 minutes with one screwdriver needed. (Note: don't follow the instructions included. Lay the left arm assembly down on the floor and THEN affix the seat, followed by turning that over on its side and adding the right arm assembly. Trying to affix the two arms in an upright position is too difficult as directed.) The only thing I don't like about it is the fluted upholstery on the seat and back, where a bit more padding would have helped greatly. Otherwise, it's comfortable and functional and reasonably priced. Delivery was on time. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AFTER 18 MONTHS OF USE: I've used the chair for 6-8 hours a day. The leather on the arms is cracking in multiple places. This is a big disappointment. And speaking of the arms, there's a major problem with the sewing of the leather on the outside edge of both left and right arms: the stitching is on the top at the outer edge, which means that it forms a jagged edge that your arms scrape on when resting on the leather. That jagged edge scraping my skin has caused a great deal of chafing, is most irritating, and could have been avoided entirely if they had just applied the stitching one inch further down on the side rather than along the top flat edge. This is a major design flaw. I will not buy this chair again because of the one flaw and the too-thin, cracking leather on the flat top of the arms, which is too bad, because it's fine in all other ways. ... show more

I work from home, so having a really comfortable chair that supports my back and provides me a nice place to sit for 8 hours is really important to me. I ordered this chair in March 2023 and was really happy with it at first. Sleek, easy to put together, and comfortable. I then had an issue with it because after I sat on it while wearing leggings, the entire seat and armrests turned black from the fabric. No other furniture I own turns black from my leggings. I reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to provide me a replacement for the seat and the two armrests at no charge. I went through the whole summer and didn't wear leggings. However, I am now in Oct 2023 and wearing leggings again. The chair seat and armrests are black again, but there is also a lot of wear to the chair in general. I understand I sit in it a lot, but the seat lost its comfort factor. Additionally, I lean on the left armrest a lot and it shows - there is a large indent on it. The fake leather material is just not for me and the chair no longer looks attractive. I wish it lasted longer considering how much I paid for it. ... show more

This is a nice chair. Well made. I made a slight mod because I'm not a silver person, so I used a nice matte gold spray paint and changed the silver to gold. It turned put really nice. I'm happy with the purchase overall.
