I purchased two of these chairs a little over a year ago. Very easy to put together. I fit in the chair comfortably. I am average hight and weight. I use 1 everyday multiple hours a day. The reclining is very nice. The chair has held up really well until the left arm broke on the bottom of the chair. I contacted the support on their website and they sent a replacement at no charge. Ordered this chair as a replacement to one for home office. When received an arm rest was broken. I contacted customer support on a Saturday evening and Sunday they replied back apologizing and asking if I could include a picture of the default. Once supplied they responded back within minutes and said they would be gathering the required parts with new hardware and shipping it out. As soon as they shipped, they supplied the tracking info and I had the parts in 3 days. Replace the broken part and the chair works and operates perfect. The customer service they have is above and beyond. Any issue I would recommend contacting them as they will work to resolve the issue. The only reason 4 star on the overall is the chair is a little narrower than what is listed. For extended use in the chair may deem to be tight on the hips for a 6 ft + person. Otherwise it is very comfy and cushiony chair for the value. ... show more

Day 1 (July 2022) - First impression is for the value it's really not a bad chair. The seat is a bit hard, but for the price it's not terrible. Quality-wise it feels good. Definitely cheap plastic but again, for the price what do you expect? I'm 5'4 and cannot touch the ground when it's at it's highest. The back of the seat is great, very supportive for what it is, follows the curvature of your back well and even makes contact if you like to lean. Casters aren't terrible, actually pretty nice and roll pretty fluidly on my tile. At a glance, this does not look like some generic cheap chair as well. It rocks a little which is nice as well. Tilting isn't too bad and has a decent range if you need it. Overall, day 1/first use I really am surprised with it. Definitely worth the money, which I paid around $60 at the time. ... show more

    • STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIR - SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE

Big Warning: The looks of this chair can be deceiving. Assembly: The assembly is NOT easy, though the site claims that you can assemble it in 15 mins, it took me more than an hour because of the flimsy screws, the pathetic quality of Allen wrench and not to mention that the instructions were not super clear as well. They have just provided pictures of how the assembly should look in each step, but it would have been really helpful if they would have given more details about each step. The packaging comes with Wheels (5) , screws (divided into A, B, C) , washer (D) and an Allen wrench. I would expect each screw (i.e A,B and C) to be supported by washer (D) for better handling, but again here the instructions do not clearly show whether each screw should have Washer or not as there are not enough Washers as screws. So, I had to decide what part of the chair I can put the screw without the Washer, pretty bad from Customer perspective. Comfort: 1. After putting this chair into an assembled state, I sat on it for 30 mins and boy, what a uncomfortable Memory Foam seat this is. It looks so fabulous, but the seat is absolutely uncomfortable to sit for long hours. The main reason people order chairs these days is sitting long hours due to Work From Home, but this is definitely not your chair if you expect to sit 6-8 hours a day working. Again, depends on how heavy you are, I am 188 Pounds, but if you are super lightweight, it may be a different story for you. 2. Lumbar Support: The Lumbar Support is made of hard plastic, the moment I sat on the chair, it started pressing hard on my back hurting me more than supporting me. Pretty bad design, material choice by the manufacturer. 3. Arm rest - The Arm Rest is same as the Lumbar Support. Made of hard plastic, without consideration for any soft support OR wide enough to support multiple forearms, thus someone like me who is heavy, has a much bigger forearm then someone skinny. Thus, the arm rest hurts you as well. 4. Stiching - The Stiching on the seat is clearly visible, and thus an unpleasant thing to look at, though it doesn't make any issues while sitting All in All, this is bad chair for medium / heavy people and should stay away from it if you are looking for comfortable chair in these times of WFH. ... show more

This is an affordable chair and good for it's price. It's pretty lightweight, so it doesn't feel that sturdy. But it is a good and simple chair, if that's what you're looking for. I don't think it has the best back support, but again this is just a basic chair. I'd say good for office, but if you're looking for something with back support, I'd go with something else ... show more
