Take Amazon's suggestion to upgrade the to: Office Chair Wheels Replacement Rubber Chair casters for Hardwood Floors and Carpet, Set of 5, Heavy Duty Office Chair casters for Chairs to Replace Office Chair mats - Fits 98%. I even got them in blue, like the chair. I now use carpeting, and the chair rolls around it great, because it is slightly more elevated with the new wheels instead of the crappy ones. I just got a work-from-home career, and I have been sitting in this chair for straight 5 days! The material is nice, and such a gorgeous color. It has recently been put on the market March 31, 2023, with no reviews, and I promised myself to leave one, cuz I almost passed on this chair. Yes, it is more than I wanted to spend, but this will last me for yearsssss lol.
