My wife tried one of these out in a store for our home office before we needed to start working from home. So when we both needed to start working from home, and we couldn't get to any stores anymore, I tried her chair out and decided to get a second one for myself. This chair is great value for the money, in terms of comfort and sturdiness. It was super easy to put together, and doesn't put my anything to sleep like my previous chair did. The wheels move smoothly across carpet that should have been replaced 2 presidential administrations ago, and it fits nicely under my small cheap desk that we also got right before everything happened. My only complaint about it is that the arms don't adjust at all. They're just a tiny bit too narrow for me to be able to cross my legs comfortably. Sleek, modern, comfortable, affordable office chair for the modern office. I just opened a real estate brokerage and needed office chairs that match my high end modern design but didn't want to spend a ton. These are perfect! I already had two of these for over a year and they have held up well.     • Takes some muscle to attach back to seat.
This would have gotten a higher rating had it not been overly difficult to attach the seatback of the chair to the seat. I am a 66 year old woman and realize my strength isn’t what it used to be, but that part of the assembly was almost impossible. All else was really easy. I finally muscled it into place but almost had to give up. The chair is really nice looking, sturdy and comfortable. I recently went to Office Depot and sat in every chair there at least 2 times to try and find the perfect office chair at an affordable price. I kept gravitating back to this chair, however the price tag was $159. I decided to check out amazon and saw it for less than $100 (gray option only, black and white more expensive), so I instantly ordered it. I was hesitant that maybe it was not the same chair, or not as high of quality, however it was identical to the chair I wanted in-store. Very comfortable, provides back support, easy to set up, very good quality. My cat is also obsessed with this chair, I leave for 1 minute and she's on it. Highly recommend!! ... show more

    • Comfy and Sturdy!
I was one of those people who went to Office Depot and sat in the chairs until I found one I liked and this one had an exact copy (only in Grey which was fine by me) on Amazon for a third of the price. I was sceptical due to bad reviews of damaged parts, but I am beyond happy to have made this purchase! When it arrived I looked for any damage and there was none to be found, also the parts were sturdy! Wheels are usually on plastic bases but these are metal and just in case you have any trouble getting them fully into the base, a little WD40 goes a long way! Got them in with no problem after that. It is super comfortable but it really would benefit from extra lumbar support as that was the only real lacking quality I have dicovered.     • Sleek, modern design, smaller sized chair. Thin leather. Not for use with cats!
I’ve actually been looking for a new office chair for like 5 years and I couldn’t find one that I liked well enough to pull the trigger on. During a weekend, my husband and I went on a chair finding mission. I tried this chair out at two different office stores and purchased it online because it was cheaper. I am 5’6” and the chair sits nice. I wish it had lumbar support and a little more cush, but whatever, can you really have it all in one chair? I got everything put together with no issues up until the arm rests. The right one went on just fine. The left one however has no thread on the back of the chair to screw the bolt into. Just a much larger hole than the bolt itself. Needless to say, I am not in the market for a one-armed chair and am hoping for a replacement as I have contacted the seller.
