Both have raved about how comfortable and supportive the chairs are. Pros: + The seat cushion is thick and comfortable. Sitting for hours is no problem + Back support is top tier no matter your height. I am 5’5”. The back support for me is great, and my brothers say it is great for them as well. + The headrest attachment adjust up and down as well as the actual headrest can be moved so you can find the perfect angle for your head to rest. This was a huge plus for us. + The fabric is breathable so I don’t find myself getting hot like I do in my Corsair gaming chair + VERY easy assembly, very intuitive. + Made of great materials + Adjustable arm rests fits underneath my standing desk Cons + Wheels are not hardwood safe. They will scratch most surfaces so I bought a set of office chair wheels that are hardwood safe; they went right into the base with no issue (easy to swap out if needed) + color of the arm rests with the gray chair. For some reason, the color of the arm rests are the same no matter what color you get. Looks great with the white and black chairs I bought, but looks a bit off with the all gray and white desk chair Overall these cons are very small. The chairs are amazing. We love them. Bought this chair for my husband since his old bonded leather chair started cracking on the cushion part. Here is what he says about this new chair: This is a good looking chair. I particularly like how the contrasting orange accent gives it a unique look. It is also comfortable. The seat is well padded and the back has great lumbar support along with a headrest. The chair is adjustable as you would expect. Another thing that I liked is how easy it was to assemble. The instructions are well written and all parts are clearly marked. Over the years I've bought 7-8 office chairs. I have bought them from office supply stores because I always wanted to sit in them and try them first. This time, I took a chance and ordered online. The package came promptly and I proceeded to put it together. I have to say, I have never had such an easy time assembling a chair. The instructions had great graphics and instructions. The instructions were obviously designed by a native English speaker who knew what they were doing. I'm so tired of instructions put together by someone outside the country where you have to guess what to do next. The chair went together easily and quickly. I loved that all the parts and the holes actually aligned. I have had bad experiences in the past where I had to try and jury-rig things to fit right. Once it was complete I sat in it and it fit like a glove. I especially loved the lumbar support. A couple of the reasons why I chose this chair was because of the mesh back which allows for air circulation and the seat wasn't covered with fake leather which disintegrates after a couple of years. It is covered with a sturdy cloth material. When I first sat on it the seat felt rather stiff and hard, but now after having used it for several hours I find it to be comfortable and that it provides plenty of support. Overall it is a vary good ergonomic chair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with a hanger that you can put on the back to hang your sports coat or jacket if you work in an office where you have to dress up. ... show more

This was the easiest to put together and adjust. It provides great lumbar support and is very comfortable. I also like the adjustable head rest. Very good product and not expensive.

Assembly was okay, took a while though, instructions were clear. The seat is comfortable as well as the adjustable arm rests (very important), however the placement of the lumbar support is fixed and is too low. Just an inch higher and it would be five stars. Satisfied with the cost, given we tried multiple chairs, this was best, just wish it had the lumbar support adjustable or set appropriately for an adult. ... show more
