It didn’t work, melted the bag when I tried to use it. After talking to Mandy at the great customer service center, and finding out it was operator error. I am really impressed with how well this works. Love the bag cutter.

Seems to work as intended. Have only sealed less that a dozen packs of veggies so far, so will have to see how well it holds up after a few seasons of usage. Only downside is it takes a fair amount of pressure to get both sides to snap into place when sealing a bag.

This machine worked good for 4 months and now it doesn't, the machine just makes noise and you have to unplug it, I tried to use the pulse and the vacuum and neither one would work and now I'm past the date for me to return it. I would not recommend this machine.

We love that it doesn't take up much space and we can take it with us when we travel. My kids fight over helping us vaccum seal. They say it is fun and satisfying to watch. Lol!
