I really like that this has two ice packs so one can be in the freezer while you're using the other one, and then you can alternate it. The ice pack fits right inside of a little pouch and then you can wrap that around your arm or your leg or whatever is hurting. I've never used it hot, but it says it can use hot or cold which is kind of nice. The pouch that the ice pack fits into has Velcro on it so it will adjust to any size you need it and the velcro strap is elastic so you can get it to stretch good and tight if you want to. One downside is that the Velcro is so ridiculously strong that it kind of tears up the strap a little bit when you undo it. I ended up folding the velcro side so that only about a quarter of an inch is exposed. That quarter of an inch is plenty of holding power. ... show more

I used this icepack on my foot. It was easy to apply, and stayed cool for 30-45 minutes. The wrap around case for the ice pack fit the ice pack perfectly. The length of the black strap made it easy to secure, and made it versatile to use on multiple areas of the body. I like that there were two ice pack inserts for the case. I love that these ice packs are flexible and can work on my knee. Sometimes I’ve injured my foot. Whatever the cases they work well and can contour to that whatever part of your body you’re using it for. Very well-made and stays cold for quite a while. Very pleased with my purchase.

Works great. Nice that it comes with 2 ice packs and the cover. Makes it easy to ice what you need. Packs seem to last for two icings each so can use multiple times before having to freeze again.

Good product. Use it for my sore lower back after workouts, and also sometimes for one of my knees. It's very versatile and I love that I can walk around with it and it stays in place. Velcro band seems to be holding up pretty well.
