My husband gave this to me for Christmas. I’m hoping to slowly convert most of my cookware to Le Creuset. This works very well and it’s so beautiful in my kitchen. My only complaint is that I was cooking some chicken and it stuck to the pan. Possibly user error - just my need to get used to this cookware. It did clean up ok after soaking in hot water and Dawn dish soap. It has been very versatile in the many meals I have already prepared since Christmas.
