I have had this chair for a little over a year, and I absolutely love it! The color is beautiful, and it fits under my desk nicely. It forces me to sit with good posture, so I have not had any back issues at all since getting it (I sit quite a lot at work). The only downside for me is that I weigh 280 pounds, and this chair is rated for 220. I knew it might wear down a little faster due to my weight. Right now, the hydraulics don't work well, and it feels like the seat cushion is starting to sag. Not taking off any stars though! I got some great service from the company a few months ago when the seat plate broke - they sent me a replacement seat plate that was even better! It is sadly time for me to look for a replacement more suited to my needs, but my students will love using this one! I wish I could just get this one again, but my employer would probably be annoyed if I start using our budget to replace my desk chair every year... But if I can lose a little weight, I will absolutely come back to this one! ... show more

After it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised - it went together almost instantly and it didn't have that "cheap" feel to the material. This chair does not last. In less than two years, it has broken twice (the first was replaced). It just broke again today at the weld that connects the base to the chair and I am lucky I did not get a concussion when it happened as I fell backwards onto the floor of my office.
