Easy to assemble. For shorter people like 5’3 and under may need a foot stool. The arm rests sit high which works for me bc I have short arms. The back of the chair hugs your back and reduces back pain. I WFH so this has done me well. I just got a new desk that sits a little higher and that’s helpful, again bc of my short arms. The leather looks like it has the potential to wear easily so I will treat it to protect it. The chair does have a lock to prevent it from leaning back which can be unlocked to lean back, but once you lean back, there is no lock to keep it in that position. ... show more

The product description says the seat width is 20 inches, but it is actually 24 inches. For me, at 5'8" and a 32" waist with broad shoulders, it makes the seat incredibly wide. And since the arm rests are not adjustable not all, they are very far apart for me. The arm rests are also really low, which is uncomfortable for me because now my wrists rest on my desk while typing, which has me worried about carpal tunnel. I gave it a week to see if I could adjust, but I just couldn't; my wrists are actually hurting. I think this chair would be great for larger individual, but not for moderately sized folks.
