Functionally, the chair works perfectly fine, however the raised sides of the seat are extremely hard and dig into the outside of your thighs. It's barely cushiony and you can definitely feel the steel frame digging into you. Really disappointed in this purchase but I'm stuck with it now.

The chair is aesthetically pleasing and the faux leather has a suede-like feel. I purchased the low-back in brown-normal and the color was true to how the pictures looked. It's my bad, but the arms are not adjustable and are very high, so the chair does not fit under my desk. I'm using this mainly to sit back from the desk for video conferencing, so it's not that big of a deal and I decided to keep it because it's comfortable enough and I'm very picky about aesthetics. For more "sensible" customers, I would actually recommend AGAINST this chair, again because of the very high arms, the padding on the chair isn't the most comfortable you can find, and it's not the most ergonomic-friendly. The adjustments are also quite minimal compared to other office chairs of a similar price. For example, I have short legs (I'm 5'3") and the chair on the lowest setting is still too high. Also, the chair doesn't rock THAT much (I've been in many other chairs with a greater range). ... show more
