    • If you work from home, Do yourself a favor.. Just DO IT.
Look if you are working from home and have spent more time at your desk than you ever thought. Do your back, backside and posture a favor. Buy this.. it will last far longer and will not leave you with pains of deflated chairs that wear out after 4 months of constant use. These are made to for up to medium-large people. Large people should not buy this. I am a 260 lb person and should I get bigger I would say it would start to become a little small for the rump. Overall though this is comfortable..     • Beware - This is NOT a NEW open box chair
This is NOT an open box NEW chair. The chair is used, refurbished (actually came dirty with something sprayed all over it and has a funky smell), and the knobs are worn. It is not in an "open box" original packaging. In fact, there is no original packaging. No original tags. And no Herman Miller user manual. There is not even a pamphlet to tell you how to put the chair together or describe how the chair works. It comes with knock-off non Herman Miller wheels. And the knock off wheels are not carpet casters as advertised. Parts are definitely worn. And the screws to attach the back of the chair to the seat were stripped out. Not at all what I was expecting for an "Open Box" item. The chair is more appropriately styled "Used - Refurbished". ... show more

    • Missing carpet casters
The chair is comfortable but the carpet casters were missing-we substituted casters from another chair but would appreciate being sent the casters that were supposed to be included. Thanks

I was afraid it would be incredibly poor quality or old and worn. The one I’ve received I’m incredibly happy about so far. Fingers crossed nothing breaks. Incredibly comfortable chair. Definitely will always choose office chairs. This is the perfect chair but it’s expensive, I’d likely test out other office chairs but no regrets buying this one ... show more

    • I was worried but I am happy with the product
I am always worried about buying products that are used and a long with the price tag. It arrived fast, I assembled it in 5 minutes, and It functions properly. As long as it lasts, I would recommend this way vs the painful expensive new chair.

I ordered this chair from this company based on the feedback, so I wanted to ensure others do not make this mistake. I received my Aeron chair, it looked great, but the tilt levers didn't work. I opened up a ticket with them with which they told me nothing is wrong, but they offer a full 30day guarantee less an $82.50 fee FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM do not use OFFICE LOGIX SHOP ... show more
